Fantastic experience: Visited the shop on October 7, 2023. Highly recommend Francine. We had been in touch since mid-September. Francine ensured to keep my tickets on hold. I expressed my thought I would be willing to pay little extra because the prices increase week to week. Although Francine wasn't there, it was Saj who was there on behalf of Francine. Big shoutout to their high level of Customer Service, kindess, generosity, etc.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I booked our Honeymoon (Aug 28 to Sept 4) to Jamaica with Jennifer Starzynski from Flight Centre at Upper Canada Mall. Jennifer was such a delight to work with! We came to Jennifer with our destination and resort of selection in hand, and she helped us book and finalize everything. Jennifer gave us the ins and outs of Montego Bay in Jamaica, and explained our resort, Grand Rose Hall Iberostar. She was patient, kind, and very thorough with her explanations. Fantastic experience: Just finished booking our next trip with Francine from Flight Centre in Newmarket. She was fantastic as always to deal with. She has been booking our trips for over 7 years now and I can't imagine booking with anyone else. Our next trip is to Maui with extended layovers in L.A. and Vancouver and she was great with getting everything booked with our unique schedule.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the quality of service we received from Brian Fraser from Flight Centre. In addition to being extremely prompt by emailing when he said he would email and call when he said he would call, he was respectful and was able to answer all of our questions that we had regarding our tour of Hawaii. He suggested a flight one day in advance to ensure we arrived on time for our tour. He went out of his way to arrange the best hotel stay and transfer from the airport along with the best stopovers to and from Hawaii. His knowledge of the exact planes we would be taking to accommodate our preference in seating was amazing. Start to finish he was excellent, very professional and would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: When Covid hit, and I had to cancel my flight, I thought my gift card would be gone forever. Flight centre has kept me up-to-date, has refunded everything, and is waiting for me to travel again.… As we all are! Fantastic experience: Amazing! I have been a client of Flight Centre for years and have had the best customer care and service! I met Jaclyn Decle the first time I walked in "just looking" to see where I may want to travel. We sat down and just visited about different things and places and by the time I left we had loosely planned a California Dreaming vacation. I passed it by the family, they were thrilled so we booked the flights then Jaclyn spent so much time with me planning every step of the way for our dream California trip! Nothing was left out, it was incredible! I continue to call Jaclyn for all our travel needs and to ask questions. I ask a lot of them and she always answers everything I pass by her with patience and kindness! California was the first trip we booked with her, we have since booked multiple trips. From the ground up Jaclyn builds us the absolute best trips! She gets to know her clients and has so many recommendations and ideas for all sorts of fun things. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a shout out to Erin Dougan at flight centre in Newmarket. She planned two trips for my husband and I this year and both were amazing and stress free. We visited Iceland in October and Turks and Caicos beginning of December. It can be nerve wrecking travelling right now during the pandemic, but everything worked out perfectly. Erin was always there to answer my many questions and got back to be in a timely manor. We can’t wait for Covid to settle down again and book with Erin. Thank you again for all your hard work !

Fantastic experience: On March 13th 2020 The Ministry of Health Increased Enhanced Public Health Measures for Covid-19 as the outbreak continued to evolve globally. Public Health stated to avoid all non-essential travel outside of Canada and for Canadians who were abroad to make travel plans to return home. My daughter and I were enjoying our beach vacation in Salinas Ecuador our return ticket was scheduled for March 29th. Ecuador's government officials over live broadcast radio stated they were closing their boarders by midnight March 17th. Receiving this news from both countries we knew we needed to get home. Also I'm an Essential Service worker in Long Term Care and needed to return to my assigned work duties. I called The Newmarket Flight Center in a frantic state to get my ticket changed . I called Flight Center with my worries and concerns and dealt with Erin Dougan International Travel Consultant. She understood my concerns and did not hesitate to start working diligently to get us home. Within less than a few hours she found me a direct flight out of the main Capital Quito. Unfortunatly we were 8 hours away by car from Quito and could not make the next avaible flight by Air Canada for it was the following morning, at the same time the Ecuadorian government were restricting transportation methods between cities and provinces. Also Erin and her staff went remote, having to switch from working from Newmarket location to home offices. I have to commend Erin who made every effort possible and worked long hours to get us a ticket home. She diligently worked long hours to get us home because Air Canada cancelled all their return flights. Erin dedication and determination she would not give up got us a one way ticket from Guyaquil to Dallas US by American Airlines to Toronto on Tuesday March 17th at 1am the pretty much the last flights out of Ecuador. I can not thank Erin Dougan enough she worked so hard on getting us home and brought happiness to her father and all our immediate and extended family. She also stayed connected with me during our travels emailing and texting me every time the boarding gate changed there were at least 4 gate changes. Dallas is a huge airport and we would of been lost without her guiding us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure we got home to Toronto Canada. Looking back at this scary ordeal of almost being stuck in Ecuador and possibly missing our flight in Dallas US I am so greatful to have dealt with Erin. She got us home safely and if i could give her a big hug and kiss I would. I defiently reccomend Erin Dougan and the Newmarket Flight Center her dedication, compassion, strong work ehtic has touched my heart. One day when this World Pandemic Covid -19 subsides we will travel again and I look forward to dealing with Erin Dougan. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE TRAVEL AGENTS/ CONSULTANTS LIKE HER SHE IS AMAZING !!!!! Fantastic experience: I’ve recently went to flight centre looking for information on a vacation and I was greeted by Juliana, she was very friendly and very helpful, Juliana suggested a beautiful resort and I went home searched about it got family and friends to come along on this vacation, Juliana booked a group of 17 people and made sure to take notes of all my requests. Fantastic experience: I recently booked a family holiday at flight center upper canada mall location with a travel agent named Erin Dougan. She was very pleasant and helpful in finding the perfect trip. She was super friendly and planned the whole excursion. I didn’t have to worry about anything . From flight - to seats - to transportation- to resort - and travel insurance. Erin made it a hassle free experience and I would definitely recommend her to plan your next holiday. Fantastic experience: Justin Melo was our service advisor when my daughter and I went to book our trip. We had no idea where to go what we could afford or anything. Justin took his time and provided us with several options as a vacation destination. We went on his recommendation to ocean Vista Azul in Cuba. The trip was outstanding the hotel the service and the people were all A1. Don't remember the last time I was in such a clean resort. The food was great the drinks were cold and the beaches were beautiful. It's been a long time since my family and I took a vacation out of Canada. We enjoyed every minute of it. Fantastic experience: So we travel every year, generally booking online ourselves (I was a travel agent many years ago). We found a deal we thought was too good to be true, so ended up calling Shannon Violo. From the first call to numerous emails through your our vacation (no problems, just inquiries!) Shannon has gone over and above what we have come to expect of customer service. Her immediate responses to our emails, and her ability to transfer her personality to her emails has equated in her obtaining us as ongoing clients. Shannon rocks, and we are impressed with all she has done for us!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in to get a rate for our trip with an advisor then came back and got to book everything with Kathy. She was very helpful and followed up me via phone and email. I definitely recommend her ! I suggest doing a bit of flight research in terms of airlines and prices before you go in. Kathy no longer works at this location, she now works at the downtown location. I thought i would stop by to see if I could get some help booking another trip. Update: I didn’t have a helpful experience with Nova, so I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Had an awesome experience dealing with this travel agency- 100% of that was because of my travel agent Steve C. He was so easy to approach, friendly and super helpful. We had such a blast on our vacation and he made sure every little detail was looked after. Steve was friendly, easy going and even went the extra mile for us when we had trouble down south. I would feel comfortable letting him plan any future vacation and he definitely earned that trust with his professionalism and attention to detail. Not a single aspect was over looked. Fantastic experience: I am a very satisfied customer of Flight Centre, Vaughan Mills and in particular our travel agent, Steve Conley. He has arranged numerous vacations for my husband and I, including travel in Canada, Portugal and a soon to be trip to New Zealand. Every aspect of travel including choice of destination, booking , and ongoing support while on vacation, has been handled by Steve in a friendly and professional manner. In the past he has handled a panic call to fly home early, finding us a great flight at a reasonable price. We appreciate that this was done during his off hours without a complaint. We are confident our trip to New Zealand will be the same positive experience, considering the attention to detail shown by Flight Centre and their amazing staff.

Fantastic experience: We recently booked a family trip to Jamaica and to Mexico City with Chris Alphonsus. Our trip to Jamaica originally started out as a trip to DR but Air Canada Vacations cancelled it on us. Chris was quick to get us rebooked for the same dates and even fought for credits etc. He was great and always willing to work around my schedule and requests. With both bookings he went above and beyond, even responding to my many emails on his days off. He truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend Chris! I have already referred him to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Normally we don't use an agency so this was out first time booking through Flight Centre. We had everything all planned, dealt with Chris Alphonsus. He was awesome. As we got closer to the date of our trip some members of our family were met with some issues and could not travel. Chris handled the numerous phone calls and emails from varous members of our family as we scrambled to figure things out. He helped some of us work through the canceling process and made it as painless as possible. Those of us that can still travel, Chris answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. Needless to say, we leave this Wednesday Oct. 17th and it wouldn't be possible without Chris. Once everything gets straightened out we plan on visiting Chris and finally booking our whole family vacation. Thanks Chris.

She had my trip to Vegas all planned and out and when I changed my mind last minute she was so helpful and more than happy to make the changes for me and got my trip to the Bahamas all organized! Fantastic experience: Recently we booked our trip to the DR for a wedding, and we had the pleasure of working closely with Victoria from this location. I never thought to work with a travel agent as I typically do my own bookings. However, given my experience with Victoria, my new GO TO will be to connect with her. She was absolutely professional, had all the information we needed and provided honest feedback as we went through the process. She was very efficient, detail oriented, and had a great personality! Wasn't pushy at all. She let me think on the options she provided. It was actually a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I just returned from a trip that Bruce Parkinson set up. This was my first visit to a Flight Centre or using a travel agent at all. I had gone in knowing what I wanted, I had already selected a resort in Mexico that I had looked up online. Bruce asked me a few questions and recommended a different resort. After spending about an hour with Bruce and his assurance that I would love this resort I booked it. It was the most beautiful best resort that I had ever been too. I will certainly be booking with Bruce at Flight Centre in the future.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a trip with Flight Center and the experience was great! Jennifer D helped me book and made sure I had options that all fell in line with what I was looking for. I don't think I've ever booked a trip that easily! She even spent the time to go over reviews of the places I was considering so I could make an informed choice. Not to mention she was very honest and upfront. If that's not excellent customer service, I don't know what is.

Fantastic experience: Had a really great experience with Flight Centre. We approached this service for our honeymoon. We were so busy with the wedding planning that we were too exhausted to plan for our honeymoon as well. Steve Conley was an amazing rep. He signed us up for Sandals Jamaica Southwest, and found us amazing rooms with an amazing rate. It is a decently sized resort, but we were placed in the centralized part of the resort where we were close to all the amenities (thanks Steve!). Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a vacation. Reps don't make commission off of your purchase so they are not pushy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Responds promptly.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share the extremely excellent service I have received from Erika Duddy. This was my first time ever booking a last minute holiday as well as my first time using a travel agent. This was very stressful for me and Erika did an amazing job of putting my mind at ease. After a short chat she was able to recommend places that suit my boyfriend and I to a t! In just a matter of a few days she had our two week trip completely booked. I recommend Erika Duddy to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I booked my vacation to the Luxury Bahia Principe in Jamaica through Jenn, and she was great! She also booked my Club Mobay lounge package. I only spoke to her in person once, when I was looking at the quote for the vacation. After that, I only spoke with her and made my payments through emails and she would respond to them very quickly. I also had the best time at this resort (2nd time) and I totally recommend it. I will always be dealing with Jenn from now on!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend booking with Kayla M. from Flight Centre in the Upper Canada Mall. She booked our trip to Mexico for November of this year. Kayla is very knowledgeable of the resorts in Mexico and the must-see day trips and adventure tours. She listened to exactly what we were looking for in our all inclusive trip (nice beach, good food, within a certain budget, etc. ). In addition to her knowledge, she has a very kind and welcoming personality. She really was looking out for our best interest and always kept us up to date on when the prices dropped so we could get the best deal. Fantastic experience: We had such an incredible experience booking our vacation with Flight Centre. Errol was the agent helping our family of 7 book a vacation to Mexico for Christmas and we were all so impressed with his professional demeanour and his willingness to go above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we were completely satisfied with our booking specifications. We initially booked a trip that we then wanted to cancel so we could rebook a different package that suited our family’s needs a little better. Safe to say, we were extremely difficult clients but Errol never lost his patience with us and made sure he helped us get the trip we wanted. We will definitely be returning to book future trips.
