Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share my thanks to Chris Hill for her outstanding help to us recently during our trip to Costa Rica. We had booked a hotel ourselves and three days before we were set to travel they cancelled our booking. Chris stepped in to assist and found us an even better hotel and price within a matter of hours. More importantly she was extremely knowledgeable about the Covid insurance which we purchased, thankfully as we contracted Covid while we were in Costa Rica. I contacted Chris and she directly assisted us in getting in contact with the insurance company and even checked in on us frequently. She went over and above her duties and we are so grateful. Highly recommend Chris Hill!

Fantastic experience: We have loved working with Christine Hill. We have been on 3 cruises and have our 4th and 5th ones booked. Christine is always watching for upgrades and keeping us up to date. We have not had any problems with flights or cruises and we look forward to many more. 5 stars for Expedia, but especially Christine Hill.

Fantastic experience: All we can say is "WOW", the service we get from Chris Hill is bar none, THE BEST. She goes out of her way to insure we get the best prices, best personalized service and all our questions answered almost immediately. Over the past two years we've booked 4 cruises with Chris, unfortunately, due to travel restrictions and now a medical issue we've had to cancel all of them. Disappointing, yes, but fear not Chris was with us all the way and has now booked another one for 2023. If you want a TA that cares, Chris should be your choice.
