Negative experience: I had a worst experience recently. I would give zero star. Senka and Mahmood were very rude. I was scam with $4600! Recently my flight got cancelled and I had a credit of that amount for future flight to same destination but they were very slow with the service and never came back to me with any solution. In fact, They never had any plan to return my money! I hope my hard earned money helps them. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT.

Fantastic experience: Prince Travel a family owned and operated business since 1982, I have known Senka Topic from Bosnia and Mahmood Tejpar owner they are wonderful amazing people; I would say they are like family as they are trustworthy, compassionate and caring people; I have heard that their ex- employee had done a major Fraud. I feel very sorry for it has hurt them emotionally and financially. I say it with experience as I use to live in Alberta, Nunavut and NWT and many time and did all my business. They provide me best value, service, and fast response. I would recommend them for all travel needs vacation or airfare. Negative experience: Avoid this place! I asked Mahamod to book me a hotel in Cancun instead he booked me in Rivera Maya which is about an hour and 15 minutes drive from cancun! Decievtion at its best! Don't book at this place unless you want neither quality nor honesty!

Negative experience: Ran me around in circles, went in I was told to wait a day or two for the agents to come up with packages I waited for 4-5 days including the long weekend! I called about 4-5 times they kept on referring me to different agents each time. Near the end, got a message from one of the agents saying she's reassigned me to someone else. Worst first experience, I booked through Expedia when i finally gave up. They never got back to me its been well over 3 weeks. Save your time because they do not value it.

Fantastic experience: I am in a rushed to get a flight ticket back home and checking on my own- online is not doing me any good. It only gives me confusing itinerary date and higher rates. Mahmood from Think Travel took that headache off from me and really accomodating and easy to deal with. He also gave me a lower rate and sensible flight schedules. I would say, this is the best decision to do if you need to travel anywhere.

Negative experience: My dad booked with this agency and everything was ok but nothing on the paper made sense. Tried to see if i can come back earlier from my vacation due to emergency and contacted the agency and all they told me was to call the airlines even though i booked through them, they were no help at all. My fiance called to confirm the times that we had to come back from the vacation and it wasn't properly explained, upon hanging up we said thank you and they just hung up. Wouldn't recommend booking with them again. Poor customer service

Negative experience: Stay away!! When they were under the name Marlin Travel my mother had purchased nearly $1000 in gift cards specifically for Marlin that can be used all over Canada. Only to find out that the owner Mahmood had actually sold her gift cards that can only be used with him at his store which is no longer a Marlin Travel. which I'm sure is why he did that. Very shady way of doing business when asked about it he simply said "well you know why I did that right?" Defiantly avoid using this travel agency.
