Negative experience: Do not use!. The guy I spoke to was absolutely rude. I called to ask about finding me the cheapest round trip about a country. He wanted to know my name. I said why is that important - if I think you can find me a good deal I will come down and buy the tickets. He said then go somewhere else and hung up on me. If that is how they treat their potential customers...then image how much one can trust them. FYI...the accent was one associated with scams. Do not give out personal info over the phone (they get your phone number then have a name = trouble). Good sign they are not on the upandup.

Negative experience: I have no idea how there are so many 5-star reviews for this agency. When I called, he was talking to another person DURING our conversation as if I wasn't even there. When I told him that I want to book a flight that I'm seeing on Google flights, he said that he has no time for Google flights and that I could book by myself on Google flights (even though I couldn't). He hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. This is extremely rude customer service. This person should be fired for talking to another human in such a rude manner. I would give 0 stars if it was possible

Fantastic experience: I loved the services provided my Mr. Junnaid from ABC Travel. He was on call with me for 3 days for barely booking 2 tickets. 3 things I really loved: his attention to detail, customer service and overall him thinking about his customer benefit. Thanks a lot and I would highly recommend ABC TRAVEL WORLD.

Fantastic experience: Although they are extremely busy and rightfully so but if you need the best deals and best suggestions they are the people to go to. They saved me almost 2k on my flights just by changing a few things and a few dates. Go there with destination in mind and ask them the best options and you will see the price difference between what you wanted and what they will to do for you to get the best deal.

But when you have been bitten by other bad experiences I swear you will value his straightforwardness even if you have to pay 20 bucks more for your flight. Wish I could give him 6 stars.
