Negative experience: We were unable to cancel our Asia trip because they said that they will charge us $150 each way per person to postpone, and we must provide a date. This is a multi city booking. We are a family of 4 traveling from Calgary to Singapore and Singapore back to Tokyo and then Okinawa then back to Calgary. Problem 1) unable to complete online check in without calling the travel MKMK. Problem 2) It's impossible to get a hold of them while you are overseas. We don't recommend booking with them if you are traveling to places that is in a different time zone. 3) if you are a travel agency, and you have our email contact, the most you can do is to notify us on cancelation. There are zero communication by them after the initial flight purchase. They don't send out any travel advisory. They just don't care. We originally booked our multiple countries trip with them because it was difficult to book Multi city flights. The email booking confirmation stating that MKMK has mentioned the insurance to us but we declined it. But in truth, we were not asked about it. It was not mentioned in our communication at all. We are in the last week of the trip. There are talks that the Canadian government is urging Canadian to fly back home ASAP. We tried to reach out to the flight company. They can't do anything for us. Ana has suspended many flights. Tried to reach out to MKMK, but haven't heard anything back. We are traveling with 2 little ones and it's getting more stressful everyday. We don't wish anyone to be feeling as helpless as we are now. We don't recommend this travel agency.

Fantastic experience: MKMK travel is awesome! For my honeymoon vacation, I wanted to travel Korea, Japan, Hongkong, and China; MKMK helped my to customize my trip with lowest cost I could find! The staff was very nice and helpful as I went back and forth several time to adjust the travel dates. I highly recommend them for everyone especially those ask for an multi-country adventures :)
