Negative experience: Very worst experience MOHITA is lier person donot trust on her. I applied my daughter’s oci card last year in sep because i had a plan to visit in india in starting december but i did not get oci then i applied visitor for my daughter. after waiting some couple of months i contacted with BLS they did not received any file under my daughter name . i talked about this with mohita . she said she applied in september .she Don’t know why BLS tell me they did not received any file. after some argue she give me file number. when i cheked status of file it was submited in starting feb not in september.

Negative experience: Don’t Risk your money and stress like I did.. don’t buy flight ticket from Multi culture travel world. I am extremely disappointed with multi culture travel world worse travel agency .i got trouble because of them (agent name Nick) . I was purchase a flight ticket from them for a trip Calgary to India brought last years fall 2023.the amount I paid for flight almost $3500 plus $100 for visa. During that time the agent promised that e visa would be approved in just one day. So I followed up with them and purchase my flight ticket and apply e visa also from them at the same day..after three days later I came to know that India visa has been suspended but they also failed to inform me that my visa was suspended.they didn’t care once they got money… very poor and careless customers service .it’s been been 7 month I requested nick to give me an Flexible voucher or a refund of half money . when I contact with nick about my ticket refund. He respond with the same line call back tomorrow or next week .its been never ending cycle of excuse..recently few days back now they saying that they can’t return my flight ticket money amount almost $3500and also not return e visa payment $100… It’s a totally a waste of time and money to buy ticket from multiple culture travel world…..why the agent give me a wrong information just saying visa will approve in just one day …date 19th September 2023 flight issue date and visa application on the same day….India visa suspended on 21 September 2023 .it is totally a trapped providing a false information and take out money from ennocent people.

Negative experience: Worst customer service I am writing here in hope of getting someone's attention as I am tired waiting on call. I went to book my ticket and they did book the ticket but it's been more than 24 hours and I haven't got the confirmation. I tried calling them and was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. And still no confirmation email. I booked 6 ticket 3 months ago and called them 6 times for confirmation of muslim meal and wheel chair. And still my family couldn't get the muslim meal as it was too late. Just called them again while writing this and was put on hold again first and then they said your ticket is not confirmed. Like how? I went there to get it done and paid there. Never booking with then in future.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Sold me a ticket with 1.5 hour connecting flight which I missed in Dubai. Convinced me that's enough time for connection while selling me that ticket. Had to buy another one way ticket for $1600 from Dubai airport. Called Raj from Dubai airport after missing connection. He referred to another guy Mr. Sheikh who just brushed me off and never called me back. No option to give them a zero star here otherwise I would give them that. Try to do your homework regarding connecting flights and don't buy the tickets with less than the recommended layover time (3 to 4 hours minimum for international) by the insurance company or the airline, no matter what the travel agents tell you for selling the ticket.

Negative experience: I'm amending this review with reason. When I landed in india, I found my bag broken and not knowing the procedure of getting compensation, I sent an email to this agent with all details and this agent never responded. I took follow-up twice but no response. After one month visit, I got back Canada and called this agent and they are now saying its customer responsibility and we have to do it. I was expecting same response as a reply to my email so I would have acted accordingly. One more thing, I had to happen connect other travel agent and they said they are taking all the responsibility to get compensation to their customers but Multiculture Travel can't do this (Confirm by agents). I wouldn't post this review if Multitravel Agent responded to my first email.
