Maritime Travel

Negative experience: Agent was very rude. We were on some couches in the waiting area as they were with someone. We were talking quietly when they said "could you be quiet? I conducting business here." I understand that we may have been distracting and I appreciate them for asking, but the way they asked was very rude and then they proceeded to roll their eyes and shook their head. This was the first time they had asked and we were not being loud. Now how you treat customers. I will not be going here for any of my travel needs. Maybe remove the waiting area if you don't want people waiting.

Negative experience: Luba was not helpful at al gave us numbers to cal when needed help. I have used alot of agents and this is far the worst exp i and family have ever had Better off doin it yourself.
