Fantastic experience: My wife and I will celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary on Dec 22, 2023. She always wanted to go to Greece. I decided that a 12 Day cruise would be most appropriate versus other means of travel, given that she has a specific health issue. Never before having booked a cruise using a travel agent, I must say that it was the best thing I could have done. From my initial contact with Stacey, I could quickly feel that our trip was in good hands. She asked appropriate questions to ensure she understood our needs. Once she defined what our wants were, she was able to recommend different options, based on her knowledge and feedback from clients. I appreciated her idea of spending 2 days in Venice to rest and see the sites, prior to embarkation on our 12 day cruise from Trieste. Stacey suggested and planned an excursion to the islands of Murano (glass blowing) and Burano (lace), one of our highlights of our trip. Everything she planned/booked from taxis, hotels, excursions etc went off, flawlessly throughout our trip/cruise. She recommended a 2 day stay in Athens at the end of the cruise, setting up a private 4 hr taxi tour of the city. Tracey demonstrated much flexibility in ensuring that Linda’s sister, a retired nurse, could be booked to join us, later on, in the planning stages. She was able to ensure our cabins were close by on the 5th deck mid-ship as requested. This proved very beneficial for us meeting up together and taking care of my wife. Tracey kept me posted with weekly updates to ensure everything was what we wanted and booked on time. She made the payment process seamless with a detailed list of our total expenses on conclusion of our cruise. From the onset of planning our anniversary celebration cruise, I could easily feel Tracey’s empathy and concern for our situation. She went the extra mile, numerous times, to ensure one of our life’s goals came true. Stacey was both encouraging and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. She gave us confidence that all phases of our cruise would be a success and they were. In closing, I would highly recommend Stacey to plan your cruise.
