Fantastic experience: Just back from a 14 day Avalon River cruise in France. A wine lovers and Normandy experience. Absolutely wonderful! Alison is an exceptional Travel Agent. No detail is too small for her and her patience and kindness to us is always wonderful. We have booked many trips with her. Our next trip involves 12 family members. Can’t say enough about her! Fantastic experience: Alison McGeorge has impressed me immensely with her honesty and her unquestionable integrity. Though I had to cancel a trip for health reasons, Alison is issuing a 100% refund as advertised with her agency despite the hotels changing their policy, making a deposit non-refundable, between the time I booked and the time I had to cancel. She went above and beyond in discussions with the hotels to secure my refund. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts and for her honesty. Many other agencies would have simply shrugged off the issue. I intend to book a trip with her in the future knowing how hard she endeavours to make everything above board and how hard she works on her clients’ behalf. Without reservations, I am recommending Alison to all of my travelling friends. She is, indeed, an exemplary travel agent and individual. If only there were more businesses run like she runs hers! Fantastic experience: Alison has been wonderful!! She booked our vacation to St. Lucia for my husband and I to celebrate our 40th Anniversary in February 2024. She made everything so easy! Fantastic experience: Barcelo Maya Palace was an excellent resort and we had a great stay. The access to all 5 Barcelo hotels, buffets, pools and beaches made everyday a different experience. The food was very good everywhere, both buffets and a la carte restaurants. We had kids from age 9 to 14 and they were always entertained with the different options around the pools such as table pool, ping pong, surfing, water slides, fooze ball and bingo. We never waited too long at the bars for a drink and the waiters at the buffets were quick to take our drink orders once we picked a table. We also did not feel pressured to tip but did tip often. The room were cleaned well everyday. The rooms have proper furniture and bed options. We had 2 beds plus 2 small couches that double as beds. It gave our family of 4 excellent sleeping options. The was also a porch where early risers could go and let others sleep in. The bathroom had 2 sinks plus 1 shower and 1 bath therefore all 4 could be in there at the same time getting ready. We used the gyms. The only area of improvement would be to allow children 12 and over to have access to the big central gym when accompanied by an adult. They are stern on requiring all attendees to be 16 years old or older. It was a great stay and throughly enjoyable surrounded by beautiful beaches, caring and efficient staff all in a large venue where you can choose to walk near the beach or take the Barcelo bus to go to another area of the property. It was perfect for us and the 2 other families that accompanied us.

Fantastic experience: We just got back from a family vacation that Alison helped set up for us, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Alison was fantastic to work with - she was very quick and responsive and found lots of great options for us to take a look at, and made adjustments based on our feedback until we made our final choice. I realized about 24hr before our flight that I had made a pretty serious mistake (gave my maiden name for the booking but my passport is in my married name - whoops!) and she very quickly got it fixed for me and alleviated my stress!! She was super quick to answer questions and just all around great to work with. We will definitely reach out to Alison for help with booking our next family vacation, hopefully in the very near future!
