Fantastic experience: Coming to Medellin I didn’t know what to expect. I just wanted to have a good time we rented a Airbnb and got referred to Pablo. He showed me and my friends such a great time. If it wasn’t for him I know are experience wouldn’t have been as great as it was Thanks Pablo!!!! I’ll be back soon

Fantastic experience: Pablo and Edward were great hosts! They were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic when showing us around in Medellin. Their English is excellent! Pablo picked us up at the airport and we went to the Tequendamita waterfall. The next day, we did the comun 13 graffiti tour with Edward. He also took us to Pueblito Paisa. It was great!

His vibe and energy makes you feel like you have known him for many years.He ensured that we got to get a little bit of history about the country as well as the culture. Fantastic experience: Pablo was an awesome host, on arrival we were greeted with beers and shuttle van was pretty easy to find. A few of the guys were starving and van driver was nice enough to take us to get some delicious Colombian food. He was really helpful with assisting and suggesting places to grab dinner and in getting us to places and recommending site excursions. (We almost did the zipline tour but it was raining very heavy. ). But all in all I would def recommend them form anyone to a small intimate group or large groups.

Fantastic experience: I have got to say, not only was Pablo handsome, but he was a true professional. He knew the ins and outs of the city, took us to great restaurants, and planned every little detail to make best use of our time. I loved the fact that he integrated several tours so we could see the best of every tour without losing precious time in traffic. The city is great but the trancan be horrendous. All I can say is I’m very Greatful to have had Pablo accompany us, and I will certainly recommend him and his services!!

Fantastic experience: I can't describe in words the experience we had in medellin, Colombia. We rented a mention and Paublo was running the whole show. He took us to many attractions around medellin with his private SUV, got us all we need even hooked us up with a private chef. Paublo, I have to say, you made this 10 days trip unforgettable. Fantastic experience: From the moment I arrived in Colombia, we didn’t have to worry about a thing because we were so well cared for. Our guide, Edward from Colombiana Experience literally took care of everything. Because of a delay with our flight from Toronto to Bogotá, we missed our connecting flight to Medellin, so we ended up having to change our pick up time and he was so accommodating. We did the Comuna 13 walking tour and Pablo Escobar Museum Tour in Medellin and they were both super fun. We stayed at Pablo Escobar's Last Hideout. Highly recommended! There are 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 huge dining tables, a stable with horses and my favourite area- a pool and bar area that overlooks a vast vista of mountains, including one enormous protruding rock that I later learned is a Sacred Rock for the Indigenous peoples of the area. Our driver literally took us everywhere we wanted to go, whenever we wanted to get there. He was so accommodating and arranged everything. Our personal chef, Nena is probably the sweetest woman in the whole world. She accommodated our special diets, brought us out cocktails and fresh juices, set up places to eat or snack wherever we wanted and really took care of us in every possible way. Everything she prepared was so delicious. I doubt we’ll ever have such good care taken of us again. Unless we go back! The cleaning lady, Ruby, was also super sweet and did such great job… She even folded all of our clothes while we were out… everything was above and beyond! The groundskeepers work so hard to keep everything immaculate. And of course it was kind of thrilling to know I was sleeping in Pablo Escobar’s actual bed. Things you never thought you’d do in life until you’re doing them! We had only planned to stay a few days, but thankfully there was availability to stay longer and we extended our stay to almost 2 weeks. There is SO MUCH to do in the area. The first day we did the HORSEBACK RIDING TOUR through the mountains and it was AMAZING. This countryside is so stunning. It looks straight out of a National Geographic movie. The horses are very well cared for and I felt a real connection with the one I was riding. She was responsive and gentle. We did the SACRED ROCK TOUR. The views from the top was a panorama of the entire region and there are a couple of caves to stop in along the way. The next day we did the HISTORICAL SUPIA TOUR. A great tour for folks who are interested in learning about the culture and history. We also did CAÑON DE LOS GUACHAROS which is a MUST do as it's such an amazing day of hiking. The next day we went for the TOUR OF MARMATO- A GOLD MINE TOWN. We got the chance to enter deep into the mines, see the workers covered in mud inside, carrying heavy bags of rocks, hacking away at the stone with pick axes and wheeling out the gold-bearing rocks on little trains that carry 600 Kilos. I pushed on for about 10 seconds… it’s NOT easy! We drove around the bone-chillingly high cliffsides of Marmoto and got to see the entire gold mining production, from the mines, to the separation of the gold from the stone, to actually selling the gold at the end where they weigh it, burn and clean it, analyze how many karats it is and then pay out for your findings. We had lunch at a local restaurant and then got to see another gold mine plant. It was an interesting day that really shed light on how hard miners work. Not for the faint of heart! The following day we got a chance to look into local culture on the RUTA DE PANELLA TOUR. We all ended up buying heaps of panella to take home. We also did hikes through some of the local WATERFALLS which was so gorgeous. We swam in all of them and the biggest one was so magestic. Colombia is an incredible country. So beautiful, progressive, clean and the people are beyond friendly. Also it is incredibly safe. It was such a gift to travel with Colombiana Experience, who pampered us in every way and left nothing unplanned. I am beyond grateful that we booked this truly all-inclusive adventure vacation!!
