Fantastic experience: Dawn was very responsive and helpful with booking our stay at the Chateau Frontennac in the heart of Quebec City. She gave us lots of different options and was helpful in describing the pros and cons of each. We ended up with a very memorable vacation and the package that she recommended was amazing! I highly recommend her for your travel bookings!

Fantastic experience: Dawn helped us tremendously when booking our first ever family trip. I came across Dawn years ago when she helped my group at the time plan a trip to Cuba. I reached out to her asking about options for Jamaica as we always wanted to go and this would be our first family trip with my son who is 11 months. We were originally thinking Jan or Feb but then she quickly gave us breakdowns not only for those months but advised we would be saving so much more $ if we went sooner due to the Black Friday sales. We didn't hesitate and booked to fly 2 weeks after booking! Not only did this save us much $, now we can use the difference to budget for another trip in Feb. Dawn was professional, always answered our questions no matter how repetitive or simple they were. She even got us the medical insurance. Honestly we didn't do anything and saved $ and got questions answered about things like stroller checkin, milk warming options at resort, and much more. No online booking website would have answered that. 5 stars is not enough. I wish I can give 10. This has changed our travel booking experience forever. Pleasure working with Dawn for our travel and we will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to get away with my three kids so took to the internet looking for all-inclusive resort option. What a mess! So many options with so many offers and hidden terms & conditions, it was really hard to understand what I was looking at and compare. Enter Dawn: she listened to what I was looking for, found me some great options that I hadn't even considered previously, and sorted through all the logistics. The end result was an amazing vacation at an incredible resort. We all had a blast! Thanks, Dawn, for all your help, we'll definitely recommend you to family & friends!
