Fantastic experience: My family and I wanted to do a family vacation and was not sure where we should go. My daughter had used the service of Kelly Heyer before and reached out to her to help us choose a destination and find a resort that would give us the best value for our family. Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin?? I worked closely with Ashley and let me tell you, she was a complete God send. Back story…this was my very first trip ever (and I am 50 years old). My first trip was to Punta Cana. I had an extreme fear of flying and didn’t know what to expect. I voiced my fear to Ashley, and she did everything in her power to ensure the trip ran smoothly from start to finish. She even went as far as to tell the airline about my fear of flying. We travelled with Sunwing. Every single rookie question I had, she responded quickly and wouldn’t stop working until everything was done right and there were no bumps along the way. She kept in touch with us even while we were on vacation to make sure everything was good and we were ok. Personally, I couldn’t make it through my trip without her. I will not use any other travel agent other than Ashley. Wind Waves is an extremely professional company and they will work with you to make your dream vacation a reality. Ashley, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you so much. The vacation was a dream and I had the best time of my life. I definately want to go back. The Royalton Bavaro was a gorgeous resort. The staff went above and beyond for us and they were so friendly. It was safe and not once did I fear being at the resort. It was bittersweet to come back but this trip gave me the memories of a lifetime and it was all because of you Ashley. So again, thank you so so much for everything you have done. ♥️

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a fantastic holiday to Florida and the Bahamas, (myself and my husband). Our first 3 days were spent at the Drury Plaza Hotel - Disney Springs Area, we stayed there for 4 nights and the package included 3 day Disney tickets, this we booked through Jo Alcock - Wind Waves and Wands Vacations. The hotel was very modern, the room was spacious very clean and comfortable. On arrival the reception staff were very informative, they provided us with a lot of information about the hotel itself, our park tickets and the times of the park buses. They encouraged us to come back and ask any questions if we had any. The hotel provided breakfast and evening snacks, we had breakfast every morning, there was plenty to choose from and you could have as much as you wanted. We didn’t eat there in the evening. The buses to and from the parks ran every hour, they were always on time and the drivers were very friendly and welcoming. Before leaving the UK we had downloaded our park tickets to my phone, the hotel also provided credit card type tickets as well so it was good to have both methods just in case. The tickets on my phone worked perfectly and I used these the whole time we were there. Jo put together this package for us - 4 nights at the Drury Plaza and 3 day Disney tickets. Jo provided information and a quote beforehand to enable us to decide if this package was right for us. Once booked we received all the relevant information and Jo stressed that we could contact her anytime if we had any questions. Leading up to our departure Jo explained many aspects of how we could get the most out of our Disney experience i.e. how to use the park tickets, using the Disney app to book rides and experiences, which rides were LL / virtual queue etc, recommendations for the Disney restaurants and when we could book them in advance etc. She also provided details and options of getting from the airport to our hotel. All of this information was invaluable and really enabled us to make the most of our time in Disney. My favourite rides were Tron, Rise of the Resistance and Guardians of the Galaxy however we enjoyed all aspects of Disney. We would love to return in the future and would definitely book again through Jo - Wind Waves and Wands Vacations. Also many thanks to Jo who shared other Florida knowledge with us, we had a fantastic time and all of her suggestions of places to visit and places to stay were just perfect we enjoyed every moment. Thank you Jo.

Fantastic experience: We recently worked with Robin to plan my dad’s 60th birthday trip for a group of 9 of us. Robin was amazing to work with, she had great suggestions and was able to get us in to all of our dining reservations that we were hoping for! Fantastic experience: Kelly Heyer helped organize our trip to Universal Orlando Theme Parks and we could not have done it without her! This was our first time and trying to figure things out by myself was overwhelming. That is when I reached out to Kelly for some help. She was respectful and prompt with our communication and she made great suggestions for a newbie like me. We had a wonderful trip and, with Kelly's suggestion for VIP tour, the theme parks met our expectations and more. There was one hiccup when we tried to access our VIP pass at the beginning of the day because they did not have us in their system. However, the staff quickly figured things out on the spot and we were in right away to start our tour on time. Highly recommend reaching out to Kelly to help with planning if you have never been and feel overwhelmed by the information overload online.

Fantastic experience: Ever since my magical childhood trip to Disneyland, I have been waiting to grow up, have children of my own, and relive that experience through their eyes. I could not be more grateful to Sarah for helping me plan the perfect trip I had been waiting almost 30 years for. From within an hour of making contact, she was available anytime I needed her via text, phone, and email and provided all the information I needed and excellent advice. It is obvious she was truly passionate about everything Disney, and I always felt the sense of just being given advice "from one mom to another". I never felt for one second like she was trying to push anything on me or upsell me, and this trust was KEY in taking the stress out of decision making and making the whole planning process fun. I feel like this was totally above and beyond but we also met in person and my family received a box of personalized goodies/swag based on my kids' specific interests. Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and just returned from a wonderful trip to Cancun Mexico organized by Kelly at Wind Waves and Wands Vacations. Kelly was very patient with us as we tried to figure out what our budget covered but something that hit our many checkboxes. Once settled on Everything was very organized , emails answered promptly and there was comfort in knowing we had her while we were in Mexico for our continued questions. We stayed at Hotel Kristal all inclusive , however if we would have known the food was not great and when then realized most people chose bfast only option and venture out in Cancun to eat the wonderful food options out there . We also took a 2 day one night trip to Isla Mujeres And it was amazing and would do this next time . Thank you Kelly !

Fantastic experience: Working with Stacey has been amazing! She helped us plan our first family Disney trip for my 6 year old daughter. All I had to do was tell her what restaurants and activities we wanted to do and she was able to secure the bookings for us. She was able to book a Bibbity Bobbity Boo appointment and then a lunch at Cinderella's Royale Table. This was such a sweet memory for us! Everything on the trip went so smoothly and Stacey's recommendations were great. I wasn't sure about Memory Maker but I'm so glad I got it after her recommendation. Another sweet thing Stacey did was provide a goodie bag with treats and an autograph book at the hotel for us when we checked in! She truly went above and beyond our expectations. She even left her direct contact information in case we had any issues. Thank you Stacey for helping us to plan such a wonderful trip for my family!

Fantastic experience: We recently came back from Punta Cana (Ocean El Faro) after booking a trip with Kelly! This is the second trip that we have booked with Kelly and in both processes she was very professional, extremely prompt in getting back And was very effective in helping us book our family vacation! The ocean el faro was an excellent resort, we would totally return! The only negative was the food was 50-50 (breakfast was amazing) à la kart were amazing and others definitely were not lol if you’re thinking of booking a trip we recommend Kelly

Fantastic experience: The service's that Stacey provided were above and beyond, there aren't even enough words to articulate how helpful she was. Through the planning stages, then all my packing and process questions and then again when we needed further assistance upon an unexpected emergency at departure. I (have) highly recommended to friends, family and within travel forums online. I believe that she is knowledgeable and well-versed in the travel industry. I reached out to Stacey after having decided that we wanted to go to an all-inclusive resort with our children (2 teenage boys) knowing that Stacey had travelled her family of similar aged children. I trusted her experience and recommendation's. Our only travel experience was within Canada so it was all new to us. Stacey took on the task whole-heartedly without any hesitation. We provided our budget and some resorts that we liked, she respected our budget and did not try up-sell or go above the amount we provided. When the price of original destination (Jamaica) prices quickly rose beyond our budget she went back to the drawing board and provided alternative resorts with similar amenities. At the time of booking (Christmas holidays) resorts, flights and prices were changing so fast. Stacey was honest and quick with each and every communication. The only specifications that we had provided to her were that there was plenty of entertainment and food options for our family and Stacey absolutely chose a resort that exceeded our expectations! Food options were plentiful, there was a Teen hangout, water park, arcade, sports - basketball, tennis court etc. We could not have imagined how much fun we were going to have. We were able to connect as a family and make lasting memories! It was everything that we needed; fun, relaxing, and enjoyable. As parents we did not worry about the safety of the kids when they were in the resort at all, the staff were welcoming and so polite. Because of our lack of travelling experience I had so many questions and concerns along the way, sending text messages and emails every time that an idea or concern popped into my mind, Stacey was incredibly polite and accommodating easing all of my worries. She helped with a packing list and sent reminder emails regarding documents that needed to be completed, she truly was on-top of every fine detail and provided immense support. On our very last day at the resort our kids became quite ill which resulted in us not being able to board our flight home. Of course due to our lack of experience with traveling, not being able to speak or understand much Spanish at all, I was immediately panicking. I messaged Stacey and she sent as much information as possible. Advising me to go to the Sunwing desk right away, calling our insurance company and providing phone numbers for Sunwing. She even tried calling Sunwing on behalf of us to help arrange another flight. She checked in with us numerous times to make sure that the kids were ok and that we were able to make alternate arrangements. I could not have asked for any more support than Stacey provided, she truly went above and beyond for us. I appreciated all of her knowledge and insight. She even provided a little care-package/gift prior to our trip which was just the icing on the cake! We will absolutely be calling upon her for travel plans in the future and look forward to her recommendations.

Fantastic experience: Our family just returned from an absolutely spectacular vacation organized by Wind Waves and Wands Vacations! Nia was incredibly helpful with assisting us "Disney newbies" in navigating what can be a tricky process when it comes to making reservations and booking experiences. Our trip to Disney included an incredible experience with the Disney Imagination Campus where our son was able to participate in some life-changing workshops and performances. The organization from the buses to the costumes was second-to-none and we cannot thank her enough for putting so much Disney magic into the whole experience. She booked the trip including all the reservations for restaurants. She answered all my questions and even gave recommendations for food/snacks, character meet/greet and dinner options. Fantastic experience: The beach was wonderful and compensated for other not so wonderful aspects of the resort. The food was mediocre and we waited in line for 30 minutes for eggs in the morning. Both of us were plagued with gastro issues which put a damper on things since the facilities, aside from our room, were not clean, pleasant or necessarily supplied with toilet paper. Often, none of the taps worked. That being said, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and pleasant though the room safe had no key and there were no other rooms available nor did the resort have a safe so all our cash, passports and cards had to be taken with us at all times. That was a nuisance but not an ordeal. The flights were on time, the arrangements made by Stacey, our booking agents were great and she was available to answer our many questions before the trip. Stacey was extremely helpful as we navigated our choice of resort, times for flights etc.

Fantastic experience: We had the absolute pleasure of having our Disney vacation planned by Nia. One of our daughters was performing with Vocally Inspired Performers at Disney's Imagination Campus. Fantastic experience: Kelly was super easy to work with and provided a 5 star experience from start to finish. I was very indecisive about the location of our trip and she was continually patient with me. She was never pushy and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. She instead validated my concerns and offered her suggestions and expertise to help make the decision. My 6 year old son and I ended up going on an amazing 6 night trip to San Francisco. The hotel was perfect and the flights were seamless. She also offered to help with booking other parts of the trip, such as the airport transfers and excursions. She checked in before we left, offering several helpful reminders and tips about current air travel. She said that I could contact her any time during the trip with any questions or concerns, which was a great resource to have, especially when travelling solo with my son. She also contacted me again after our return to see how we enjoyed the trip. We had a truly wonderful time and I am grateful for her help and excellent service. Although I have travelled a lot in the past, I have never used a travel agent before, but I can absolutely see the advantages now!

Fantastic experience: Kelly was absolutely phenomenal to work with. From the planning process all the way to touching back down at home, she was there with us through it all. Her knowledge and experience was invaluable for the booking process and her kindness and patience with all of our countless questions was something that did not go unnoticed. We ran into an issue at the resort when we arrived and she immediately took action and helped us remedy the problem by reaching out to all the appropriate contacts on our behalf. We cannot rave enough about booking with Kelly and will absolutely book our future family vacations with her! Simply put, she is the best.

Fantastic experience: Kelly was amazing to work with! Disney has so many loop holes and things to do I was completely lost until Kelly provided me all these tips and tricks. We got to our hotel and the stroller we ordered was broken, she fixed it and got us a replacement asap. Any questions I had although maybe she was completly willing to go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Kelly for a family trip to the Dominican Republic. Kelly was incredible to work with. The booking process was easy, and once we got there, she was always available to us as well. We encountered a few hiccups with the resort once we arrived and Kelly was responsive and proactive in helping us resolve the issue. She even advocated with hotel management on our behalf. Fantastic experience: Tracy helped to plan our Dream Disney Cruise. She was always available to answer our questions, leading up to the cruise, and responded pretty much instantly. She had tons of clever suggestions that we never would have thought about. For example, she recommended we feed the kids early, and let them go to kids club, while we enjoy dining at the fancy restaurants. Our kids would not have enjoyed the multi course meals and so, in the end, everyone was living their best life. Furthermore, she somehow managed to book all of the most popular events and spaced them out perfectly. Even the staff was surprised at all of the events we were able to get into because they fill up so quickly. The fact that she offered to take care of that for us was a big stress relief. You know that going on a Disney Cruise is going to be an unforgettable experience but Tracy made it THAT much better. We are so thankful for her and all she did for us.... She was like our very own fairy Godmother.

Fantastic experience: Just had our very first Disney Cruise vacation. And thanks to our travel agent Tracy Beesley we didn't miss a thing. It was while we were at the Bippity Boppity Boutique and we were talking to Ellie's fairy godmother and she remarked that we were so lucky to get all our events booked and in the prime time ♥️that I informed her I had my very own fairy godmother taking care of every detail for us, and that was Tracy ♥️♥️♥️. Tracy organized everything for us and gave us all kinds of helpful hints to make our trip that much more special. My daughter especially loved that Tracy suggested we feed the kids early and drop them off to the kids club while we dined at 8:00 ( they don't enjoy long dinners with the adults so it was a win-win ...absolutely genius! Fantastic experience: Leanne took excellent care of all of the details of our family vacation to Mexico. We had a lot of 'asks' and 'musts' and changed our dates several times and she found us the perfect resort! Leanne always replied very quickly and provided us with clear options that hit all of our requests. Leanne had the inside intelligence from her colleagues and clients so that we had a really good first-hand understanding of the resort and what to expect. Fantastic experience: Kelly at wind waves & wands help me book my recent family vacation to Punta Cana. I was looking for a hotel with specific details to suit my family needs and Kelly was so patient and worked with me until we found something perfect. Fantastic experience: I booked a family vacation for beautiful Punta Cana. I was struggling to decide which resort would be the best for our family. Natalie shared a few places that met all of the requirements. We settled on the Royalton Splash Punta Cana and we will travel in March 2024. Every step of the planning and booking was a breeze! Natalie was very responsive to any questions or concerns, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions one way or another. She was very honest that when she wasn’t sure of an answer, she set out to get it for me and was sent along to me within a very short period of time. Fantastic experience: Once upon a time, there were two travel agents named Gina & Alec. They soared on magic carpets far and wide to many kingdoms such as, magic kingdom, animal kingdom & Hollywood studios to pick and pull the best places for our family to eat, shop, make the most of the rides. They were very reliable and studious like Belle when it came to learning our favourite Disney characters/interests as a group. Alec and Gina took the time to seek out the information needed to make sure everyone got that “special” moment out of their visit. Alec with the ambition and will of Mufasa was able to book us one of the most sought after dining experiences with Snow White and her friends at the wilderness lodge! To say this was a highlight would be an understatement, Alec and Gina were in touch with us routinely & if better times became available for dinner they would keep us updated so we could change if we wanted. Alec was just as excited as we were to receive the reservation, showing just how genuinely excited and determined he was to make it happen. Alec & Gina also used their force to ensure that Daniel got to enter galaxy and create his own lightsaber ( an experience he will never forget) for this.. we appoint Gina and Alex as the Wookies of the year!) All of this made the travel around the kingdoms “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”!
