Fantastic experience: I did the 12 week camp getting my CASI level 1 and 2 in the process with Pro Ride and couldn't reccomend them more. My riding skills (Freestyle and freeride) improved drastically in that time. The best coaches Tim and Alex know the mountain better than any other. If you're thinking of booking a trip DO IT.

Fantastic experience: Amazing camp, loved it so much! Instructors are all really knowledgeable and encouraging, and can cater to such a broad range of abilities. Plus accommodation is so close to the village. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend this camp to any intermediate or advanced rider who wants to improve their snowboarding skills and build confidence on the slopes. Karen really cares about the campers having a fantastic time and the coaches are amazing. Scott, Alex, Kelsey and Tim were brilliant coaches and helped improve my riding far beyond what I thought was possible. They’ll show you the best hidden spots on the mountain and do everything they can to support you in passing instructor certifications if that’s your goal. I cannot recommend this camp enough and would do it over again in an instant.

Fantastic experience: Over 12 weeks Proride not only took me successfully through my CASI levels 1 and 2 (enabling me to subsequently work as an instructor for the mountain) but also became family. I’ve got lifelong friends in Karen, some of the coaches and the other campers I shredded these incredible mountains with. Very experienced coaches with top level instruction, with day to day living and accommodation organised and sorted. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I did an 8-week Instructor Course through Pro Ride Snowboard Camps and loved every minute of it! I learned everything I needed to pass my CASI exam and made some lifelong friends along the way. Thank you Karen and team for the great times!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved every minute of being at Pro Ride snowboard camp. The coaches are fantastic, they will basically teach you anything you want - from freeride in the trees to doing 360 on an XL kicker - they are super knowledgeable. The whole camp is very well organized. And the quality of people who comes is amazing too - I've found many long-lasting friends at the camp. It's no surprise that people come back year after year, including myself - I have now joined Pro-ride for 3 years.

Fantastic experience: I was at Pro Ride in 2023 for 8 weeks. You can choose between Freestyle, Freeride, and CASI Instructor Training. I selected a mix of Freeride and some Freestyle. If you stay for at least 4 weeks, you will be accommodated in the Brio House, where a maximum of 17 people were housed at the same time. It can get a bit noisy, but it's all within limits. You share the room with another person and there are two kitchens, a washing machine, and a dryer in the house. The valley station in Whistler is about a 25-minute walk away, but there is a regular bus that takes about 5 minutes to walk to. Bus tickets are provided by ProRide. The sports park (gym, swimming pool, and sauna) can also be used for free. The training offered is great. They try to take everyone's needs into account and wishes are considered as much as possible. You are taken to the 'Sweet Spots' on the mountain based on the group's skill level. The groups are divided into morning and afternoon sessions, each lasting about 3 hours, from Monday to Friday. The rest of the time is free for you to use as you wish. It was definitely a special time that I look back on fondly!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend this camp. SO glad I chose this camp and not others. I spent 8 weeks with Pro Ride, during which I completed my Level 1 CASI with flying colours thanks to the amazing training I received from Tim, Scott, Alex and Kelsey. I then did 4 weeks of freestyle training and improved my freestyle skills as well with excellent support from Alex and others. All of the coaches are excellent snowboarders and teachers, and the other campers were absolutely awesome and I now have friends for life. After Pro Ride, I successfully secured a snowboard instructor role in Australia. Having been a snowboarder for 20 years before doing Pro Ride, I'm so grateful to the team for how quickly they helped me change my bad habits and improve my riding. Hands down the best thing I've ever done for my snowboarding. You'd be silly not to do it!

Fantastic experience: I did proride for 12 + weeks in 2022/2023 and hopefully will be coming back for more! The coaches (Karen, Kelsey, Tim, Alex, Scott and more) are literally world class. They all have at least 15+ years experience teaching at Whistler each. They have a true passion for snowsports, nature and coaching. This is THE place to go to improve your riding. So if you have a couple of weeks under your belt or a lot of weeks this place will tune you up and you'll be pushing some limits. Karen (owner) was really flexible and helped with transfers and other practical things to get settled. She also organised axe throwing, snow mobiling but to name a few of the social activities outside of snowboarding. I met some great people in the snowboard camp house which was a bus short ride or a 20 min walk away.

Fantastic experience: This camp is amazing! The lodging was great, I met a bunch of good people and the instructors are incredible. I could not have asked for more. Excellent value as well. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dear Karen & Pro Ride Team, Thank you for what was an incredible week in Canada. Your trainers are friendly, energetic and so patient. Alex provided us with many laughs and took us beyond what we thought was our comfort zone, allowing us to progress at a much faster rate. As they say, you will not grow if you are always comfortable, growth occurs outside of that zone. He is an excellent trainer with a great sense of humour, energising us all for the day. Although Tim spent most of his time with the advanced group, he was extremely helpful when it came down to the fundamental basics of snowboarding, sharing his extensive experience with us all. Lisa assessed our skill set and used what we already had, to work with. We were so grateful for her continuous patience and encouragement each day. She used her local knowledge to show us the secret tracks and hidden gems of Whistler and this by far was the highlight of our trip. We had such a great time exploring with her. Our final day was nothing short of ‘Fun’ as noted as Friday Funday on the schedule... Alex’s wise words to the brave were once again in the lime light as we made our way up to one of the largest runs we had done all week. Charlies infectious humour and bubbly personality kept us laughing the entire way back down. He made sure we were putting all the skills we had learnt throughout the week into every turn, jump and track we did, all whilst laughing at anything and everything he had to say. We are so grateful to have had such an amazing team show us Whistler and all of its beauty. Thank you Karen for ensuring our trip to Whistler was as care free as possible from your end. We are truly grateful and hope to be back shredding powder with you all soon.

Fantastic experience: I did 2 camps in the winter of 2018-2019, one for 4 weeks and the other for 1 week. It was awesome! Great instructors! I am planning to comeback in 2019-2020. p.s. I went there again twice after Corona. I always learn something new and get better. I will be back.

Fantastic experience: Whistler has become a regular snowboard holiday spot, and pro ride has not only helped tune my snowboarding abilities up but is the best way to discover what both mountains have to offer, great coaches with local knowledge of the area and runs helped me improve and explore parts I wouldn’t have believed I could consider riding. Already looking forward to returning.! Highly recommend riding with proride

Fantastic experience: Returning for my 2nd year of Proride and I was not disappointed. Amazing rider improvement with expert instruction in all aspects of snowboarding-freeride, freestyle and CASI instruction. Such a fun crew with a lifetime of memories and friends made. Testament to Karen and the team that so many return year after year to ride, and conquer the leading mountains in the world. First class would highly recommend to everyone no matter their ability....stop dreaming and start achieving

Fantastic experience: My first time with Proride was in 2018, and I had such a blast that I went back exactly a year later. Karen and her team were always very organised and accommodating. My riding has gone to the next level, thanks to the highly qualified and capable instructors who have simple and effective ways of teaching. Overall, the best way to explore whistler, meet great people and really take your riding to the next level, while having the time of your life.

Fantastic experience: My first training camp with Pro Ride was in 2014. I have been back every year since and will be riding with them again this winter. Always impressed by the quality of the instructors, their ability to explain and demonstrate skills and techniques is superb and they have helped me take my riding to a new level. Karen and her team are always helpful and professional offering unlimited support and advice. Along with the training there is an active social side (with regular Après events) along video analysis sessions and workshops on equipment maintenance and tuning (I now feel confident waxing and tuning my own boards). If you are looking for a snowboard camp in Whistler I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: LOVED IT so much, that I went two 2 years in a row! My main goal was to improve my riding and experience steep terrain and powder. The offering is excellent from the amazing shared accommodation, the airport transfer, the daily lessons to the overall experience. The coaches are world class accomplished athletes and the video review of your technique is a great bonus and always a laugh! I made friends for a lifetime and highly recommend it to anyone who would like to improve their snowboarding or train to become an instructor. I researched a bunch of other camps and Pro Ride is simply the BEST!

Fantastic experience: EXCELLENT!!! Saying I had the time of my life is an understatement. There aren't enough stars out there to rate this program available to anyone and everyone who wants to improve their riding. From beginners to advanced riders, proride has it all. You can sign up anywhere from 1 to 12 weeks, and practically everything is included (shared accommodation, airport transfer, daily lessons with world class snowboard instructors, lift tickets, video analysis, Friday night parties, giveaways, etc.) Upon arrival, you're instantly welcomed as family, introduced to fellow campers, and given an overview of the weekly program. Also, from my experience (I've done the 1-week, and returned the following season for the 4-week program), I'd say about 95% of the people I met at camp arrived solo, including myself, and 100% left with snowboarder friends for life. For those considering a snowboard trip in the future, proride is a MUST. Don't even bother looking elsewhere, proride is worth every penny!!

Fantastic experience: I loved every second of my season in Whistler thanks to Pro Ride Snowboard Camps! I did the 8-week CASI instructor training course and passed both Level 1 & 2 thanks to the awesome coaches at Pro Ride. My Whistler experience was about so much more than snowboarding though... Pro Ride made me feel like part of a family from the first day I arrived in Whistler, I met a lot of really great people and made some friends for life. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for an all-around Whistler experience!

Fantastic experience: I passed my casi level 2 thanks to Pro-ride and i would recommend them to anyone who is looking to train to be an instructor, get better at snowboarding or just to make snowboarding even more fun! All the coaches are really amazing snowboarders and teachers. If you don't know the mountain well, they will take you to some really sweet spots and they can also improve your freestyle and freeriding even if you are already at a fairly advanced level. I also made great friends for life with other pro-ride snowboarders.
