Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would! Steven has gone above and beyond to save our vacation this week! Originally we booked for Costa Rica but we didn't expect to be dealing with airports closing due to a tropical storm there, resulting in 3 days of pushing the flights, and redoing the booking. We ultimately decided to switch it completely to Mexico and Steven has done an amazing job at getting it all switched over for us with very little worry in the process. We will be using Stevens service in our future vacation bookings!

Fantastic experience: Definitely a 6 ☆☆☆☆☆☆ service! Steven has definitely provided us with above & beyond services! After days of searching the web in an attempt to book our own flight arrangements, we became a bit overwhelmed with the many different airlines, connections, layovers, etc. So, in the interest of time & out of curiosity, we decided to try calling local travel agents. Since it was now a Saturday, of the many agents we tried, Steven was the only one to pick up our call. After learning the low cost of his service, we let him take over. Then, in no time at all, he called us back & voila...all good to go. For the cost of his small fee, he saved us countless hours. It was well worth it & we're already working with him again for our next adventure. Fantastic experience: Our family recently cruised through Alaska on the Silver Nova, a ship which is part of the luxury Silver Seas Line. The entire experience was perfection in every way. While this was in part due to the exceptional service on board, the bulk of the credit belongs to our incredible Six Star Travel Agent, Steven Faehrmann. Nothing was too much trouble for Steven. Fantastic experience: Simply stated, Steven was great. He was a tremendous help to my friend and me as we planned an ultra-luxury Seabourn cruise to Antarctica. He was really attentive and easily saved us thousands of dollars. Even after we booked the cruise, he was able to secure a 10% discount on our fare plus $150 of shipboard credit for each of us. Additionally, he was instrumental in helping us get to know some of the crew by arranging fascinating dinners with them. Prior to this trip, it had always been my instinct to just plan everything on my own... but after working with Steven, I'm convinced of the value that a great travel agent adds. Fantastic experience: The Secrets Royal is definitely a 5 star resort. I am posting on behalf of my sister and her spouse. The food and restaurants were really good. It was beautiful there and a top resort in Punta Cana. Will definitely go back to Secrets Royal.The only glitch was no sunwing representative there and the bus shuttle didnt show up for our flight. Being Christmas and the kaos of traveling right now, it is what it is. The trip was worth it. Fantastic experience: We met Steven in the fall of 2018 at one of his presentations in Guelph. We were very impressed with the presentation which led us to booking a cruise. Fantastic experience: We are very impressed with Steven. He has helped us plan our 60th anniversary celebration in June of 2023, beginning with a trip on Via Rail’s “The Canadian.” We wanted the prestige class that gives us a private bedroom with full bathroom. Trouble was, unlike the cruise and airline industries, Via’s reservation system only allows booking 13 months out. Because there are only six bedrooms on a train that was not very comforting. Steven talked Via into making an exception to their procedures and arranged a booking for us on the day we want. Steven makes dreams come true.
