Negative experience: Despite an initial phone conversation, and then a face-to-face meeting with Doug Fry, (August 21st) to discuss alternatives for a Caribbean cruise, and with the understanding that we would receive an email detailing several options, here we are two weeks later and haven’t heard anything, notwithstanding my follow-up calls to Doug, (August 27th and August 29th). Little more than wasted time. Moving on…
