This summer we went to Spain and I was nervous about staying in 2 different parts of Spain, travelling by train to the second location, finding the closest airport for trip back home from the second location in Spain and Mario took care of everything. Fantastic experience: Monika is flat out awesome. She had been working diligently with my girlfriend and I to plan our stay in Jamaica for about 2/3 months as things in life pushed our dates back and back. Monika stuck it out through these months with us to insure we were comfortable and informed through emails and phone calls. There was never any sense of pressure or urgency. She even went as far as to contact the resort to notify them it was my girlfriends birthday surprise in order to get the most out of our experience. Fantastic experience: Monika was our travel agent when planning our January getaway to Jamaica. She quickly provided us with a number of options within our budget to review. When we settled on two possibilities, we had a phone call with Monika and she explained in great detail the differences between the resorts. She was wonderful in answering all of our questions. We ended up choosing Hideaway at Blue Waters and loved it. The transportation from the airport was a bit slow as we had to wait for a number of travelers. The bus dropped off guests at various resorts along the way. (Next time I will take a private car to get to the hotel faster!) The resort was exactly as Monika described it...recently renovated, awesome restaurants, and of course a beautiful beach. The staff were very attentive and treated us in such a way as to ensure our return in the future. The nightly entertainment was fun. The highlight was the Jamaican Night which had awesome entertainment a huge spread of Jamaican food that was so wonderful. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful travel experience I had with Mario at MS Travel Concierge! My trip was up to Northern Ontario via AC and then to Bearskin Airlines, into the hunting and fishing grounds of northern Ontario. On that same trip I also flew to Winnipeg before returning to Toronto. Details had to be coordinated for three different airlines, two different car rental companies, and one hotel. Connections between flights were perfectly timed and Mario always kept me updated. I'd never use another travel agent again. Mario is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he "got me" and my needs right away. He was also available for support and was responsive to questions (something most other travel agencies never did once they had my money). If I could give him six stars out of five, I'd do it! I have no hesitation whatsoever in giving Mario and MS Travel Concierge my highest recommendation. Give him a try! You will be very pleased with the service and the results.

Fantastic experience: WOW! Where do I begin?! Mario and his team are incredible. They helped us plan, coordinate and organize our 36 day honeymoon around Europe. This included: 14 hotels, 14 cities, 5 countries, 7 flights, 12 trains, 1 ferry, a lifetime of memories and fun! Mario was so flexible when meeting beforehand to talk about every detail and get us excited about it. Even when I was indecisive and changed the itinerary about 50 times, he was always patient and gave such incredible tips and ideas.
