Fantastic experience: We used Yvonne Peralta from Expedia Travel (Toronto) to book a European river cruise with Emerald Cruise Lines. Not only were we given bonus on board spending credits, but Yvonne spent a lot of time sorting out a service issue that we experienced on board. Positive experience: What a wonderful stay at Comfort Kingdom Villa Inn BB in Montego Bay Jamaica.  Ms Veronica was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I recommend this Villa to anyone who wants a peaceful quiet spot to vacation in Jamaica. The food and service was amazing. The Villa is about a 20 minutes via taxi to Harmony Beach Park, shopping and food. Thanks to Pat at Expedia for your assistance in such short notice.

Fantastic experience: So...I hooked up with Expedia Cruises and had our plans handled by PAT MANCUSO. Everything was as was expected (excellent) all arrangements and interactions with Pat were highly professional and his experience was very helpful in all aspects of trip set up and execution. Thank you Pat. I would always recommend speaking to Pat MANCUSO if you are interested in travelling and using Expedia. Our journey was a complete success on Holland America Line. Many options for food...entertainment and many other available pastimes onboard the Rotterdam. HAL is perfect for a somewhat older type crowd. Ship and crew were professional with safety for all as absolute top priority!! I will return for another trip soon and am sure to enjoy the same excellent treatment from all interested parties.

Positive experience: Had a great time on board the MSC Seascape. It was a full cruise so very busy when it came time to eat. While the food was hard to know what to select but if you didn't like it, you could always select something else. The Marketplace buffet had the best pizza I've had in a long time. That was my nightly stop for a slice before heading back to my cabin. Staff was friendly and helpful. At times it seemed like they were short staffed because of how busy they were, but they always had a smile on their face. Entertainment all the time wherever you went on the ship. Only thing I didn't enjoy were the line ups to get on and off the ship. I will be cruising MSC again in the future. Thanks to all the staff of the MSC Seascape for making my vacation a great one!

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed two lovely weeks at Sheridan Bouganvilias in Puerto Vallarta. Friendly, efficient staff are always anxious to be of assistance. Food choice at the buffet as well as speciality restaurants was very good. Mexican Fiesta in Thursday evenings fun way to meet other guests. The Sunday Brunch with mariachis is very popular with all inclusive guests as well as many visitors from other hotels. Highly recommend Pat Mancuso for great work helping us plan and book this wonderful experience. He covered everything and went beyond our expectations so we could just relax and let him take care of everything. He made sure we had special assistance from departure at Pearson and even looked after transportation to and from our hotel. Thank you, Pat. You’re the best !
