Fantastic experience: We did not end up choosing a cruise this time for our family vacation (it is in the cards for the future!) However, I wanted to leave a review for the incredible service we received from Teresa. We walked into the shop randomly one day just looking for general ideas and were warmly received by all the staff at the shop. Over the next few weeks Teresa took the time to send us cruise options that would suit our requirements. We really appreciated the time she took, and how she listened to our needs and requirements. We ended up booking a non-cruise vacation this time because the options worked out better for travelling with our infant son, but will 100% be returning to book a cruise through Teresa when we are ready to!!
