Fantastic experience: My first trip I booked with Elana was a cruise with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line on the beautiful ship called the Allure.She made the entire process effortless and looked after every detail . She was helpful and knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had as a first time cruiser. I was so happy with the service I received that I booked a second cruise the following year with the same exceptional service she provided once again. We did an all inclusive this year to Mexico and I didn't hesitate to contact her to find the perfect resort which she did. We stayed at the Royalton and it was spectacular. She will be the only travel agent I use as I trust her and I know I am in good hands.
