Negative experience: Sloppy and useless. I never write bad reviews but this one deserves it. It has been over a year since my trip and I can’t think to look back at how it was managed. I can’t believe I sat in their office for three hours explaining everything to them about my plans while booking tickets, and for it be handled so sloppy. You cannot make up for the time lost.

Fantastic experience: Start to finish a must to use. I haven't used a travel agent in sometime forgetting the value they bring for ideas and recommendations. Lynn provided us with some excellent ideas, all tailored to what we were looking for in a family vacation, booked it and clearly communicated everything to us. This is their job but it was done with the level of customer service that is lacking so much these days. Our trip started the day after the West jet strike and this is where Lynn was an absolute super star. She was up at 5am working to get our flights changed which she did and got us on another flight that day. Unfortunately, Westjet cancelled that one too. Lynn stayed on task and until she got us another option. Once book she seamlessly moved into getting our reservations moved, cancelled, rebooked. Lynn' efforts helped keep the stress level of the ordeal to a manageable level and allowed our family focused on the solutions and salvaging our vacation and not focused on what it was doing to our trip. I cannot recommend enough using a travel agent when booking your next vacation and would 100% suggest you call Lynn at Travel Tickets to Go.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Lynn and I can’t say enough about how positive the experience was. I consulted with her months ago about plans to take my children overseas and although she knew There was a chance I could not commit, her work and efforts were not affected at all. She was prompt in replying to emails or voice mails and she was trying her best to get me an itinerary that would be suitable for long travel with two children. After weeks of searching and going between a yes and no constantly, we finally found something that worked for all of us including my 2 older siblings that will be joining us on the trip. She helped me book my round trip tickets and informed me of all the paperwork I would need to have in order to travel internationally. The day before my flight she sent me an email reminder to check in for my flight and when my return flight was cancelled on the day of, she saved me hours in line at the airport and helped me book a new return flight home. Fantastic experience: Best Travel Agency Ever! After having tons of issues trying to reach or get a response from ‘big’ agencies, we reached out to this awesome small town travel agent. Working with Bev at Travel Tickets to Go Was Beyond fantastic. She was organized, easy to talk to and well versed in the areas we hope to travel. After searching, booking, rebooking, canceling and rebooking; Bev was still so patient, kind and helpful as our trip to Italy turned into a trip to Mexico. When we met with Bev to make our final payment, and provide signatures, we were beyond impressed. Bev had printed off all our trip package information and had it neatly organized in the cutest little folder. We merely had to pop in our passports and we were on the way. Fantastic experience: We have used Bev and Kaitlyn at Travel Tickets To Go Ltd many times in the past …. from quick three or four day getaways, to cruises, to all inclusive resorts, to booking just flights and/or just having them answer many, many travel related questions I’ve had over the years. They go above and beyond helping with incidents along the way, for example the dreaded trip cancellations due to Covid. They did all the required paperwork and got us every penny returned!!! I have never, ever been disappointed in their remarkable service. Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of doing business with Bev and Kaitlynn at Travel Tickets To Go in Stony Plain , Alberta Canada. They were both so helpful to me with trying to navigate all the new hoops one must jump through to travel to Hawaii these days.
