Fantastic experience: Due to COVID, I changed my flight dates twice, and even ended up canceling on the last date without being able to leave, and I had given up thinking I wouldn't get a refund. Just then, I was so grateful for the meticulous assistance I received, and I was able to get a credit. A few weeks later, I received an email from the airline saying they would refund all the tickets I had purchased, but since I had already received the credit, I thought I wouldn't qualify for a refund. However, MKMK travel agency worked hard until the end, and they made it possible for me to get a refund. I plan to request their services again if I need to buy plane tickets next time! They are always very kind and thank you for all the help until the end.
