Fantastic experience: Fairytale was recommended to us by a friend and glad we went with them to plan our Disney trip. We decided last minute to go on the 7 Night Disney Fantasy Cruise + 1 day at Magic Kingdom and the Disney Resort over March Break. Planning Disney is another level of vacation - coordinating, booking preferred dining restaurants and dining times, booking bibbidi bobbidi boutique, royal tea, royal gathering, excursions, cruise boarding times, navigating genie+/ LL/ ILL/ VQ, character meets, photopass, disney dining plan, how to check in/ out if we arrive late at night, which resort to select and how to get transportation to the park/ cruise, renting strollers, etc. It's a lot with 2 young kids! But we decided to leave it in the hands of Fairytale and Miranda was super patient and helpful to explain how Disney works and got us booked in for everything we wanted to do. Although our trip was last minute, we actually got to do everything we wanted. At MK, it was extremely hot and extremely busy, we got in 13 rides, parade, dinner at the Be Our Guest restaurant, fireworks, rider swap, etc. For the cruise, we were on the standby for early dining and royal tea (since everything was booked up in advance), but also got those confirmed as well. I'd suggest to never book a Disney trip without an expert. It's so worth it to go through them and it's only a $25 admin fee. Miranda was excellent to work with and we had a great time. Fantastic experience: Christine was such a great asset in planning this trip to Disney World for a large group of 9. I am an extremely organized person who loves to plan trips, but even I needed help with this as I found the process to be overwhelming as soon as I started researching; Christine was the perfect person. Fantastic experience: Bit of a late review but I booked a Disney trip with them last year and they were amazing! Miranda was the one helping me out and she really took the time to get to know us to be able to provide a customized itinerary based on everyone's interests. We met with our Travel advisor by phone several months before the trip and she found out what characters, rides, and restaurants we were most interested in. Fantastic experience: I can't begin to say how amazing this company is for booking a Disneyworld trip. For me being the first trip, it was important that I seek a company with all the knowledge to help me out. Laura Thompson is the person who helped make this trip come to life. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with many suggestions to cater to exactly what my family wanted out of the trip. We were supposed to fly out on December 25, 2022,but our flight got delayed until December 26, 2022 in the evening which meant we would now be missing our park day at Magic Kingdom as well as a night at the hotel. My family was devastated. We all wanted to see Magic Kingdom if anything. I called Laura in the morning and she was right on the ball, she didn't stop communicating with Disney to switch the park day and well as communicating with us. On our way to the Airport she confirmed she was able to get us Magic Kingdom on our new day of arrival! I can't tell you how happy my family was. Laura went above and beyond to help us out. Fantastic experience: We just recently returned from a 10 day vacation at Disney that was originally plan for April, 2020. Christine at Fairytale Dreams & Destinations was recommended to us by a good friend, and she has been the absolute best agent we could have ever asked for!!! Over the last 2 years, our vacation was rebooked several times due to park re-openings, and she stayed on top of everything throughout the changes! Discounts were applied before we even knew they existed, reservations for dining and events were all pre-booked and customized based on our interests and requests and the detailed family plan provided by her was essential in maximizing our time and knowing where to be, what to see and what to do for each day!!!! Every day we arrived at the parks, pre-booked events, shows and dining and Disney staff were always waiting for us, where-as other visitors to the park were turned away and told reservations needed to be made sometimes months in advance. The restaurants, and resort she booked for us could not have been any better. We stayed at the Boardwalk Inn, and everything was perfect. Great room, nice pools (large pool has music, activities for the kids, and a water slide. the other pole is a "quite" pool and both were opened until 11pm) along with meeting character on the front lawn made everyday even better! The staff at the Boardwalk were truly great throughout, and one of our favorite restaurants (Trattoria al Forno) was right outside the resort on the boardwalk. In addition to the ferry, we were able to walk to Epcot in 5mins, and 15min along the walkway to Hollywood Studio's. Bus stop was at the end of the resort driveway and Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs were 15min rides away. Fantastic experience: How can we begin to thank you for the fun and memories we had as a family in our trip. We had the best time and we must have said your name each day because of all the great things you planned for us. Ratatouille was the first ride we did and it set the bar high. Guardians of the Galaxy and Rise of the Resistance were as awesome as you said. The parks were great and the hotel was beautiful. Your choice of restaurants was superb and well spaced apart. Fantastic experience: I just want to thank to Christine for the most amazing vacation we ever had ! We can’t come back to reality yet and it’s been one week almost since we came back. Genie plus was very very helpful… I totally recommend it … so worth it … we skipped so many lines , every 2 hours I was able to book very popular rides and we got to do the most of the rides and shows …Of course there is so much left to do … I think we could spend 3 days to each park:) … hopefully will do it again one day because was an amazing experience… All the restaurants that she booked for us were just wonderful … good resort , good food ….everything was just amazing!!! Definitely exceeded my expectations. I cried a couple of times I was so moved by the whole Disney experience! All of your tips came in really handy and we were so grateful we booked through you. The only downside was the cost of food. I would imagine if Disney were to bring back the meal plan it would be a bit more economical. But regardless we were never hungry or disappointed by the food and there were always many options to choose from. Thanks again! Fantastic experience: I have used Fairytale Dreams & Destinations for several trips to Disney parks and a cruise since 2011. They are AMAZING!!! The attention and personal service is remarkable, communication frequency and detail is perfect, and they make sure that every aspect of planning for a great family vacation is seamless. Fantastic experience: We have been to Disney four times in the past 30 years with our children and with other family members and friends.
