Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. Alain planned the trip of a LIFETIME for our family in the summer of 2023. We were fortunate to be able to get away for four weeks to split between visiting family and touring Italy. Alain took care of our flights, our accomodations, our tours, and provided us with additional information for the regions we were visiting. We spent time with family at our home base and ventured off to destinations such as Sorrento, a beach resort in Salerno, a private boat tour in the Amalfi coast and a golf cart tour of Rome. Alain handled all of the logistics in order for us to have a stress free family dream vacation. The best part about his service, is that you are never on your own when away and can reach out to the travel concierge at any time for in trip assistance. This is a very personalized touch which we appreciated. Very professsional, and amazing customer service. Alain is our guy forever.

Fantastic experience: THANK YOU! I can not fully put into words how amazing Alain & The Travelogist has been, but I can certainly try! I reached out to Alain about 1 month before my tentative trip date. I was planning a wedding and hadn't planned out our honeymoon yet, and we were about 1 month away! I reached out to Alain because I heard about him through an influencer, and honestly just needed some help, recommendations, etc. I was too busy with the wedding, but I wanted the honeymoon to be perfect, so I knew I needed help. I had booked "The Upgrade" package with Alain. When Alain and I started working together, he got all the information he needed from me, and he began sending me options and recommendations! We had some great phone conversations where I learned a lot about what I can do with my points, etc! Long story short, we booked the most AMAZING trip and it was extremely smooth and flawless, all thanks to Alain! In addition to the perfect trip details and itinerary, Alain was able to help me use my visa points, get the most out of my Platinum AMEX, and found ways to save me money by booking through the best avenues. During our trip, we had changed our flight because we wanted to stay longer (we were clearly having too much fun thanks to Alain). So I texted Alain through the app and he was able to change our flight. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. It was such a stress free process! Alain would always answer any questions or requests we had so quickly! He would check in for us, get us the best seats, everything! I honestly RAVE about Alain and The Travelogist to everyone! I had the best experience. Overall, Alain made our honeymoon process SO smooth, stress free, relaxing and fun! We didn't have to worry about anything because we had Alain. I am planning another trip in November and will definitely be using The Travelogist again! And probably for every trip for the rest of my life (LOL). Once you go Travelogist, you can't go back! if you're reading this, and are thinking about booking The Travelogist, honestly just do it. The one-time fee you pay to book is 100000% worth it!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the Travelogist, I had an amazing "no hassle" one month in Russia and Moldova in September - October 2021. This was not an easy feat given I was travelling off the beat and path and the ongoing realities of the pandemic. I covered a lot of territory from a remote fishing camp north of Astrakhan to Volgograd to Moscow to Sergeiv Posad to Saint Petersburg to Vyburg to Chisinau and the rural Moldova wine region. The Travelogist was incredibly helpful, responsive and always available by eMail or the app throughout allowing us to travel with peace of mind, including rejigging things when one of my flights was cancelled. In transit, my laptop went missing in Istanbul airport, and incredibly the Travelogist was able to locate it and arrange for it to be delivered to my hotel. He also kept me up to date with the latest COVID travel requirements and ensured that I was able to get the required testing in a timely manner. Throughout the trip, I always felt that the Travelogist had a personal interest and "had my back." All the accommodations and transfers were exactly as billed or better. The Travelogist is worth every penny, and I will definitely be using his services again.

Fantastic experience: I wish there was a ten star option. Alain is outstanding.!! He intervened for us and got everything sorted when Air Canada lost a bag while we were in the Dominican Republic. The time and money he saved us is invaluable.
