Fantastic experience: We were looking for a vacation in short notice and I had engaged in several chats on various sites. Eleanor from Direct Travel was engaging and listened to what we were looking for. In less than a week we had a great all inclusive resort booked with great savings. Fantastic experience: Eleanor was very quick to help my friend and I who were planning our 40th birthday celebration trip. We initially gave her the wrong name of a resort and booked the incorrect place. She without hesitation cancelled that hotel and sent us suggestions to others in that area. Then… we realized the 2nd hotel we had booked was a party resort so we asked her to cancel this one as well. She then suggested a fantastic perfect hotel for us that exceeded our expectations and without her suggestion we never would have found. She helped us for weeks all while being extremely pleasant and quick to respond to our emails. I will be using her to book future trips for sure as I feel she listens to her clients and is willing to make sure you are 100% happy no matter what. Fantastic experience: Eleanor Bell was very helpful! I asked her to find an all-inclusive package that had pickleball. She had to do some searching but found some great option at reasonable prices. We ended up staying at the Grand Palladium, Bavaro in the Dominican Republic. Our room was lovley, the food was good....especially the Steak restaurant, and we got to play Pickleball every day. The sport centre also included Padel, Tennis, Mini Putt, Beach Volley, Beach badminton and outdoor ping pong. So many great pools too...including an Adults Only Pool. The white party on the beach was fantastic...and I tried scuba diving for the first time. It was a great trip!
