Weddings Away

Fantastic experience: We booked a large family trip with Weddings Away in 2019, that was to take place Spring 2020. Chantelle is extremely knowledgeable on a multitude of resorts and destinations and was able to help us pick the resort that would most complement our group. Family members would be travelling from various parts of the country and she seamlessly coordinated the travel for all parties, ensuring minimal layovers in Toronto. However, like many others, due to the pandemic we were unable to take our trip as planned. Chantelle was bombarded with many questions, and was incredibly patient, and informative as she shared information about rebooking our trip, and helped us to navigate this very stressful time. Our trip was rebooked for November 2020, but unfortunately we were still unable to go. Again, Chantelle was there to guide us through our best options so that we wouldn't lose out on our trip. When it was announced that we could apply for a refund, again Chantelle answered our many questions and assisted with applying for the refund. Throughout this whole process Chantelle has displayed a patient and professional demeanor. She was very knowledgeable in the planning stages, and has been empathic and supportive during the pandemic. We will absolutely book with her again when it is safe to do so.
