Negative experience: My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our experience with this travel agency and we will never book through them again nor should anyone else expecting to be treated with basic dignity and respect. We walked through the doors excited only a couple days after our wedding to book a last minute honeymoon as we were unsure of our budget until after settling everything with our wedding expenses. We had hoped to pay in full on our debit card as to not incur debt for a trip, starting off on what we thought would be the right financial foot forward. Hoping to leave asap as excited as we were to celebrate as newly weds we were met with very odd treatment. We were asked why we wanted to book and pay in full with debit. Why our passports looked so new (mines nearly expired 10 years old, sorry I don’t toss it in puddles and mud before use) why we wanted to leave so soon, why we hadn’t booked sooner. All being told this unfair treatment by the owner was because they had experienced fraud. I was then told it would be preferable if we paid in cash. This was all ridiculous to me but nonetheless we went down to the bank and got cash to pay in full. We were then met by more frustration with the kind but elderly gentleman that was booking for us couldn’t find an option on the computer to pay with cash, and was so slow to put in the information when he did figure it out the system kicked him out and he had to re enter it half a dozen times. The entire process was agonizing and upsetting and the way we were treated was uncalled for. It put a damper on the start of our honeymoon. We were also assured travel from the airport to our resort would be taken care of as we booked with air canada. To our surprise there were no options for that when we arrived so we were welcomed immediately to a 60$ American cab bill. We then had a lot of confusion with them not being able to find our booking when we arrived. As well as we opted for the upgraded room with a king bed and walk out balcony only to find out that too had been booked wrong and we got two small double beds. So my new wife and I got to either sleep very uncomfortably in the small beds together or spend our nights as newlyweds sleeping apart in order to be comfortable. Save your money and go to any other agency to book your vacation and be treated with some respect. We should’ve walked out when the poor treatment began. Never again.

Negative experience: To say I am disappointed is a massive understatement! I booked a Cruise here and found out (fortunately my wife read the details) that we were booked in an obstructed view room when we specifically asked not to be. Instead of booking online, I figured I would enlist the help of professionals. I did not get professional service and my cruise plans are all screwed up. I would definitely NOT recommend using this place because they are incompetent. The only thing worse would have been finding out they screwed me when we arrived on the boat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Do it online or contact REAL travel agents.
