Fantastic experience: Recently, we used Danielle Aubin's trip planning services through Pure Magic Vacations to book an amazing 5 night stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge with a 4 day Disney World park-hopper pass. Danielle was super responsive from the very beginning and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. She provided us with multiple quotes to make sure we were able to get the exact package, dates, and room/resort we wanted, and went above and beyond to make reservations and room requests for us, including being able to get us into the virtual queue for Tiana's Bayou, which we had thought might not be possible given the popularity of the ride! Danielle also booked a 1 hour virtual prep meeting with us about 2 weeks before our trip to give us a run-down of all the things we needed to know, and her suggestions were fantastic and allowed us to do everything on our "must do" list during our park days! Danielle knows Disney in-and-out, and there was no question we had that she couldn't answer. I 100% recommend Danielle's services, and I am dreaming of when the next opportunity will be for us to travel back to Disney and book through Danielle! Given that she is paid through Disney, it is incredible that using her to book our trip didn't cost us any extra! Danielle really made our vacation extra-special and treated us truly like VIPs. :) I would give her 6 stars if I could. Thank you again, Danielle and Pure Magic Vacations!

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Christl to plan our trip to Aulani in Oahu, and it was an unforgettable experience! It was the best time with our little ones, a 6 month old and a 2 year old. She was most helpful and responsive to my inquiries and gave us lots of helpful tips leading up to the trip. Her knowledge of the parks and recommendations are unmatched as I had lots of questions along the way. She will even helping you with restaurant reservations if you need! We were able to do so much in the parks with her help and guidance on some park strategies. I would recommend her for resort / park bookings and guidance no matter which pace you go at on your next Walt Disney World Adventure.

Fantastic experience: SO happy to have chosen Kimberley as our Disney travel agent. My mom is a massive Mickey collector (almost hitting the Guinness World Record for Mickey items hehe) and with 3 kids back to back, she could never afford to go. We decided it was finally time and Kim took care of everything for us!! We had some last minute changes and additions and she handled it all for us with ease - we always felt like we were in great hands! Kimberley responds quickly and is always a wealth of knowledge! We would recommend her to anyone and if we ever decide to go again we will be contacting her :) !!

Fantastic experience: We had the ultimate trip this past week all thanks for Danielle! She helped with everything from booking the right hotel, getting our top to do's in our itinerary, booked our magical extras!! I could not thank her enough for everything! My daughter was able to do Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique princess makeover, we had such a great time at the character dinings and we had an amazing time at the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party!! 10/10 service I recommend her to anyone looking to plan the ultimate Disney vacation!

Fantastic experience: Christl at Pure Magic Vacations was instrumental in planning our trip to Disneyland. It was our first trip and we had so many questions. It was overwhelming at first, but once we were connected with Christl everything started to make sense. She answered all of our questions and gave us lots of helpful tips and tricks to make our trip even more magical. Fantastic experience: I recently booked a Disney world trip with Cass. She had guided us from the beginning to the very end. We could not do this trip without her. She organized it all for us and even came to our house with maps and went in great detail over each attraction and location. Fantastic experience: I just travelled to Orlando to Disney/Universal in August 2024 I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Pure Magic Vacations.... Specifically Lesley! This was my first trip to Orlando and I was overwhelmed by all the information I was seeing online with Disney and immediately knew I wanted to book with a travel agent. Lesley was very approachable and replied to my inquiries promptly and thoroughly! I told her what I was interested in and she checked EVERYTHING off my list. Fantastic experience: Big (HUGE) Thank You to Liz at Pure Magic Vacations who hooked us up with our amazing first-ever Europe vacation. Barcelona, France, Italy, Vatican City, Ibiza, and back to Barcelona. We only had a vague idea of what we wanted to do (maybe a cruise, in Europe, somewhere warm, Rome sounds like fun, and no kids) and she DELIVERED. We had so many incredible experiences, from trying authentic A5 Wagyu for the first time, to swinging in a hammock on a cruise ship balcony, getting (intentionally) lost in a foreign country, and having the opportunity to reconnect with each other without the stress of work or the household or anything else ... and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Fantastic experience: We booked our big family trip to Disney World, through Pure Magic Vacations. Our agent, Kimberley, was simply the best! She provided us guidance and tons of info every step of the way, she took care of every detail, and she saved us a bunch of money by finding the most advantageous way to use some discounts that Disney released. By the time I had heard of the discounts, she had already applied them to our package! I would book with her again, in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: I can't thank enough Pure Magic travel agent Cass Lloyd for my vacation planning AND re-booking of our accommodation and dining reservation following the recet West Jet strike that resulted in the cancellation of our flight and our first night at WDW. As you can imagine, our family was broken with this cancelled flight but not for long since Cass was there all the way assuring us everything would be fine and it was! She was able to turn this chaotic first day into magic with her quick thinking and resolution. We were lucky to have her! Following our return from Disney, we can say all her suggestions were gold. We loved our pics taken at each park with the memory maker. We also enjoyed our dining plan. Cass was really an expert in walking us through the best restaurant options for the Table Serving and Quick Service based on our family likes - highly recommended. Fantastic experience: We had our honeymoon in WDW May 6th-14th and couldn’t not have had a better vacation. Danielle at Pure Magic made our trip magical and stress free. She booked our reservations, experiences and offered great advice and of course all the time spent making our vacation great. We went for my daughter’s 7th birthday and she really listened and catered to our specific requirements! Fantastic experience: Jessica @ PMV is an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us plan and book our very first Disney Cruise! She is a true Disney expert. She got every single dining reservation we wanted - and she got up at 6 am to make sure we got them! Fantastic experience: Cass at Pure Magic Vacations provided exceptional help in planning our Disney World Vacation from the moment I messaged them. She was available 24/7 via phone/text and guided me through the entire process. Figuring out when to reserve what, how to use all the Disney apps, and recommendations based on my criteria were fantastic. Fantastic experience: Danielle was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for our very quick adult Disney trip! She knew we would be up late at Magic Kingdom after hours and got up the next morning to help us book our genie +/ILL for Epcot. She also went above and beyond in helping us plan out our must do rides, texting us and updating us on when rides were down and what to do next, booking a reservation to help us get the best view of fireworks (Epcot). She made this trip so worry free and took a lot of time to communicate with us before, during, and after! Fantastic experience: Awesome!!! Kelly Vurinaris is the best travel agent we have ever had! She made booking a family of 4 trip to Disney feel easy, stress-free, and even helped stay within our budget. From waking up at 6am to book all of our character dinner reservations, to being up at midnight the night before to book the bippity boppity boutique, to all of the random text messages and phone calls of questions along the way, Kelly was there! She was full of hot tips that saved us time and stress along the way, and really understood the importance of booking things around the kids' preferences, allergies, naps, and favourite characters. Fantastic experience: We planned our Disney and Universal trip with Cass Llyod and it was a perfect trip. I would highly recommend her for her exceptional experience for Disney and a universal bookings which gave us a detailed idea on how the Disney Genie+ and Lightning lane works coz without that Disney parks can be a tough task to cover. Really had a wonderful time and I would like to thank Cass for being there with us every step of the way!

Fantastic experience: We did a family trip (2 adults + 3 kids) to Disney from Ottawa and Danielle made to process so much easier than if I were to have done it on my own (there are a lot of tips and tricks that only insiders know!). We added Universal as well and she found us cost saving options for the express pass which can be expensive! Great experience with Danielle, she had great communication, followups and real time tips!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience working with Christl Fourie. When we first started planning our trip to Disneyland it was very overwhelming trying to figure out the best hotel for us to stay at as well as getting organized with the tickets and trying to figure out what was in budget. Fantastic experience: We recently booked a vacation to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico with the help of Kat. Fantastic experience: Jessica helped us plan our Disneyworld vacation. During the booking process, Jessica answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. She was easy to get in touch with either by email, phone or text. She was able to provide us with multiple options in our price range and gave us pros and cons on each. Once we had booked, a few new offers came available and Jessica reviewed those offers quickly and let us know which one we should take advantage of and made changes to our reservation. Jessica provided us a tonne of information and tips and tricks prior to leaving to make our stay easier. She checked in on us when we were travelling to ensure everything was on time and we had no delays. We ran into an issue with our rented stroller during our stay and reached out to Jessica regarding it. She dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, which allowed me to watch our son be picked out of the crowd and “recruited” by Stormtroopers, not be on the phone with the stroller company.
