She patiently listened & gathered information about our travel plans then quickly provided us with several great options to choose from within our budget. Additional expert support & advice was provided by Hidar Elmais and we were able to finalize our trip. We moved to Cochrane a year ago & decided to try using a Travel agent for the first time. Fantastic experience: Years ago I mistakenly thought I could do what a travel agent could do. Big mistake, and as time goes on I realize it more and more. Asmaa organized a trip for my wife and I a year ago. Seamlessly and effortlessly for us. I was so impressed. I can’t speak highly enough about her work, experience, and efforts. She’s the best!! Fantastic experience: I decided to try a travel agent for the first time, after dealing with online bookings (and others) for the last 15yrs. Asmaa was just simply amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable in finding the best prices within your budget and in finding the perfect resort to suit your needs. The questions that she asked were totally necessary that helped with my booking a ton, had answers to my questions that made me feel more at ease and full of confidence as a first time solo traveler. I have my vacation booked with Sunwing from Dec. 11th - Dec. 18th. Booking with Asmaa (Travel Guru's) has made this solo experience that much easier and couldn't be more excited for my trip!
