Fantastic experience: Jennifer was fabulous to work with from the start to the end!! We just returned from our trip to Mexico that she helped us book. She is quick to respond even after the 10,000th question. Provides great suggestions/ tips for the whole experience. We traveled with kids (age 10 & 5) and the resort she suggested was very family oriented! One agent scoffed at our budget and told us there's nothing under 10,000 ... Well let's just say Jennifer proved him wrong, very wrong. Thanks again!!

Fantastic experience: A coworker recommended Jennifer as we were having difficulty booking an all inclusive resort. Jennifer responded quickly. She sourced a better airline and her quote was significantly less than we found with online travel sites. She was patient with our multiple messages and questions and understood the complexities of traveling with young children. The booking process was simple and we felt comforted knowing we could contact her with any issues while we were away. When we booked there were multiple media reports of canceled flights and lost luggage. She communicated she was well informed of the situation and provided solid reassurance for us. All inclusives are our favourite type of family vacation and I will definitely be contacting Jennifer to book in the future. Next time I’ll be keen to know her recommendations for resorts as well. Fantastic experience: We've booked with Jennifer a few times over the past few years and she has always been super helpful and made the process very easy. She helped us last September switch our destination three days before departure due to a hurricane. While I was feeling anxious about the change, she gave us options and helped us follow through with changing our destination. I highly recommend and refer our friends to Jennifer!

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely amazing vacation! Jennifer made booking super easy, found us a great price at an amazing resort and sent us all the information we needed. When flights were getting cancelled left, right and center she assured me she was watching the flights. This allowed me to relax and stop checking the flight status. Luckily our flight left on time!
