Even after our holiday was booked, she reached out whenever an available discount came up that would apply to our package. She was full of helpful information and suggestions to make sure we enjoyed our time in Disney World. She helped secure our dining reservations and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations. I will not plan another vacation without help from Bonnie :-)

Positive experience: We have been booking vacations with Bonnie for at least 10 years now. She has always been more than helpful. We can just call her and tell her when we want to take her holidays and she always finds us an amazing trip. She is always available for questions, before, during, and after booking our trip,. If she doesn’t have the answer, she is honest about it and finds the answer for us! She goes through our travel documents with us to make sure we understand everything that we need to do. Even after our trip she loves to hear how the trip was!

Fantastic experience: Bonnie went above, above, above and beyond for us. We had planned a 16 day trip, then an unexpected complication arose and we had to shorten our trip on very short notice. She took everything in stride and revamped our flights, hotels, and park passes. (We had even already prebooked Savi's and a meal at The Polynesian and she was able to cancel for us).
