Fantastic experience: We like to go on a vacation every year and there are complications because part of our family leaves from Toronto airport and one of our daughters leaves from Vancouver. We all like to arrive and leave on the same days and stay together at a same resort. As a result I can not book online and need to talk to an agent. Since covid, I have found that places like Air Canada Vacations, Sunwing, etc., do not ever answer the phone. Despite waiting on hold for hours - no answer. My daughter suggested I call Triplets Travel & Tours and Khalid Nasim was able to arrange our trip without any problems and for no additional fees or costs. Thanks for your excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Tahir worked super hard and for 4 days to get us the best deal on our vacation/umrah trip. We checked google flights and other sites but Tahir had the best prices for our family. I had given up on the prices but Tahir came through 3 days later stating he found the best price. He plans the trip in a way u never have to worry about anything; from the tickets to layover options to visa requirements, he makes sure that everything has been sorted before the travel. If I need to fly, all I've to do is make a call to Mr. Tahir Nadeem. 18+ years and I'm still as satisfied as day 1.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time we used this travel agency. Tahir Bhai was quick to respond, even at odd hours, which is often needed when trying to iron out travel logistics. Our trip was smooth, all bookings were planned out well, and we received some decent itinerary options and reasonable pricings. The only issue we had was that we had to check everything over ourselves and then reach out to Tahir Bhai if we saw a discrepancy. This could be because they are so busy, however overall, we had a pleasant experience with this agency. In the age of booking online, going with a reliable travel agency still does take away so much of the stress of travelling, especially with an elderly parent.

Went with my two elderly parents and Tahir bhai ensured they were well look after at all times. Even at the airports made sure they had wheelchair facilities.
