Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a travel agent look no further, Anita was fantastic. She took the time to learn about who we as travellers were and what type of vacation we were looking for. She guided us when we weren’t sure about what type of activities to choose. She booked all our accommodations, transfers and activities which made our trip once we were in Costa Rica seamless. Communication with her before and while on vacation was super quick and easy. If we had a question she didn’t have the answer to she got back to us in no time and the app she set up for us had every single daily travel detailed laid out. I will no doubt use Anita when we travel again.

Fantastic experience: Anita booked a trip to the Dominican Republic for myself and my husband. She was extremely helpful and professional. She provided detailed instructions and guidance that was very beneficial in helping us to be prepared for our trip. She followed up with us both before and after the trip making sure we were all set to go and to find out how it went afterwards. She contacted us directly to make sure that we were aware of the strike that was taking place that could affect food services in our flight. We will definitely be using Bliss Travels again! We spent a week at the VH Gran Ventana Resort in Puerto Plata. The resort was lovely.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Thank you Thank you, Bliss Travel! We had an amazing time in Scotland and Ireland. They had us handled from day 1. They are so organized and on everything I didn't have to worry about a thing. We renewed our vows on loch Ness, saw 12 castles in 10 days. Walked the cliffs of Moher. Had 3 amazing Tour guides! John from Aye Tours is PHENOMINAL. He is very educated on the history of pretty much everything and kept us comfortable and laughing the whole time. The bike tour in Edinburgh was 4 hours and beautiful. I was warn out by the end though! Bliss was at our finger tips where ever we went and checked in to make sure we were doing well! I can't say enough about how easy they made it on us and allowed us to just enjoy! Bliss Travel all the way!!

Fantastic experience: Anita was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. She treated the process as if the vacation was her own, and gave us comfort knowing she had our best interest at heart. Anita came to our rescue multiple times on flight cancellations/rescheduling when it was the long weekend and she should be spending it with her family/friends. Her priority was to get us to our destination. We appreciate all she did for us.

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience in Paris! The first night we were picked up in a vintage VW and discovered Paris by night. The driver was so fun and the illuminations were spectacular. All of our guided tours were fantastic and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. We had trains booked for Luxembourg and Belgium and the stations were close to our hotels. The trains were on time and the stations easy to navigate which made using the trains for transportation enjoyable. With all of Anita’s planning and preparations we felt well organized and never rushed. We took the advice from Anita for a Birthday dinner at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon and they didn’t disappoint! So much fun, thank you and I’m already thinking about our next trip with your help Anita!

Organized, Responsive and Provides Unique Ideas Unable to find suitable accommodations for an upcoming trip, we reached out to two travel agents for the first time in 30 years. Anita responded immediately. She listened to our requests for small boutique hotels, and within days provided unique accommodations that ultimately exceeded our expectations. Anita contacted us at least twice before departure to ensure that all of our needs had been met. She offered to secure early/late check in/check out and provided a detailed itinerary, accompanied by a useful travel app. What’s more, she contacted us while away to inform us of an opportunity available to us, which we acted upon. It was the perfect ending to the perfect vacation. Anita took out all of the guesswork. We will definitely be frequent flyers with Anita at Bliss Travel.
