Fantastic experience: Gail is wonderful. A calming voice during the potential Air Canada strike, and had a backup plan ready to go. (Thankfully not needed) Helped me plan a one month vacation with various flights thru Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, stayed on top of things for me, and basically made my trip planning worry free. I have not used a travel agent in years, but because of the complexity of this trip, I went with Gail after a recommendation. She exceeded expectations, I would highly recommend her, and I will use her again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Gail planned a European trip for my son and his 8 friends and was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She booked all flights, train tickets, hotels/hostels and activities. She very thoughtfully planned their itinerary (which they downloaded on their phones), was there for them to answer questions and lend a hand throughout their entire trip, and she was also there for us parents to ease our minds and promptly replied to our texts and emails. Fantastic experience: We booked a three week tour. We landed in France, travelled by fast train to Belgium, spent a few days there before travelling to Luxembourg, boarding a river cruise of the Moselle into Germany, flying to Athens for a coach tour, then flying back to Canada.
