Kendra was available and helpful all the way through from choosing where to go and what option are available, the travel and destination and all the way until you are home. Fantastic experience: These days, most vacations come with a hefty bill. That is certainly the case with a nine-day cruise to the Southern Caribbean in the middle of winter. The bottom line is, at the conclusion of the trip, you want to feel that your dollars were well spent. This was my reasoning when I decided to hire the services of a travel specialist for the recent Cruise that two friends, my wife and I embarked upon. I use the word “hire”, because there is a cost involved to obtain these services. Although I have some experience with planning vacations, I didn’t hesitate to seek the services of Shelly Neal, of Kaleidoscope Travel & Cruise (Strathmore). With Shelly’s knowledge and considerable assistance, we were able to book our trip on the right Cruise company (Celebrity) and the exact Itinerary we desire. We also ended up in the perfect stateroom, obtained the ideal dinner reservation time and were provided with a professional booklet (which contained hotel reservation information, flight information, parking options, excursion (port) suggestions, travel document and health requirements etc. etc. etc.). Prior to the trip, Shelly was contacted a number of times for clarification or for additional information – and our questions were always answered promptly and with accurate detail. I would not hesitate to contact Shelly (Kaleidoscope) with travel needs in the future.

Fantastic experience: Before I begin, yes I’m a deal seeker like most of you so I visit 12 different sites and try to get the best value on our trips. This time I found it impossible to get a direct flight. I reached out to Anita for help and the next day she had options for us that I just didn’t have access to, you’re probably thinking you don’t want to pay extra fees to a travel agency but I was a better deal including fees. Next vacation I will just go straight to the professionals because that’s what they do best.
