Fantastic experience: Shannon Graves helped me and some friends find an awesome resort in Jamaica. She did a great job planning this for us and very good communication and easy booking with her. We went to the Riu Ocho Rios and the resort layout was fantastic! Pools and rooms right next to the beach, restaurants in great proximity to everything. I thought it would be hard to get around because there are so many rooms so resorts can sometimes be very spaced out but this was not at all but still enough space for everyone. Food was amazing! Some of the a la carte’s are by reservation, the Asian is a walk in and some have a mixture of buffet and a la carte style which was a really great way of running things. There are a ton of excursions to do, we did dunn’s River and it was the coolest experience! The only downside to this resort is the bus ride which was about 2.5 hours, I hate long bus rides but honestly this resort made up for the length. There are also water slides at the resort and they were a super fun add on. The beach was beautiful and tons of space, we never had to fight for a chair at the pool or the beach. Overall I would recommend this resort to anyone of all ages and families

Up until yesterday she has really been my source of information, pricing, and security knowing if something went wrong I had someone to help me. Yesterday was the first time anything went wrong… all of the flights home were cancelled due to weather and we were going to be stuck in an airport for two days. I called Shannon and right away she started calling people and getting the ball moving on how to get us home. She figured it out and we were able to take two other flights to get home same day without issue!!! Fantastic experience: Wow, what an amazing service and a reminded for us, that you should always book your travel through a travel agent. Charrisma Travel (Leasure Advisor - Kathie Drummond) worked with us to arrange a long overdue (post COVID / post retirement) travel to England and Scotland. We found the Travel agents cost to be better than what we would have been able to negotiate on our own and far easier. Everything went without a hitch the first week in England, however we found out hours before departure to Scotland for our second week that all trains to Scottland were on strike. Needless to say, we scrambled as it was late Friday afternoon, and we were to leave Saturday morning. We called Charrisma Travel late Friday afternoon and worked with Gabrielle Chin (Leisure Advisor - filling in for Kathie on vacation) to help cancel all arrangements in Scotland and extend our stay in England for the following week. She worked hard and well after-hours (EST) to make sure the necessary arrangements and cancellations were made - saving us thousands. They both also followed up with us when we returned to confirm there was nothing outstanding. Despite the last-minute changes, we had a great vacation, and thankful we booked everything through Charrisma Travel - highly recommended (5-star service). A big thank you to Kathie and Gabrielle. We previously where using someone else and unfortunately had a very bad experience. Nothing has gone right and nothing has been easy. Unfortunately the resort we where supposed to go to for our honeymoon next month was damaged in the hurricane. Fantastic experience: Our trip to Punta Cana didn’t start off to well. When we arrived we were not told that they had overbooked. We were immediately offered an “upgrade” to a villa. The villa was beautiful and spacious but just too far from everything else. When we said we would prefer the original rooms that we had booked it was then that we were told they were not available. We then emailed Shannon and explained the situation and no word of a lie she had emailed us back within a couple of hours saying it would be corrected and we would be moved to our original rooms. Our trip had started off a little shaky but ended up being a wonderful week away. Thank you again Shannon

Our employee was able to contact a representative after hours and be booked on one of the first available flights once travel resumed.
