Negative experience: The travel agent conversed with me a couple of times, when I gave her my two different travel dates of my choice, she just never got back to me. She didn't respond in a timely manner. I had to go out of town for a travel agent, which I didn't want to do, cause I believe in supporting small businesses in my community. Very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: Cindy at Coccola travels was . first class. How ever West-jet wasn’t. Ne day delay due to staffing and over. Very stressful situation. Cindy helped us through it. Thanks Cindy
