Fantastic experience: Our tour in LasVegas was really amazing and memorable, Grand Canyon,antelope, horshoe bend, hoover dam, Glen canyon dam..etc.. and most of all we make lot's of friend during our tour, Ms Maricel and Ms Venuz our very patiently guided us most of the time and the tour guide Scarlett was fabulous, she explain everything during our trip,no dull moment during our trip. Fantastic experience: My mom and I just came back from our trip to Banff with Jump In Tours and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! We had an amazing time exploring this beautiful destination. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how organized and well-planned the trip was. The hotels we stayed at were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. But what really made the trip special was our tour guide and driver, Jonny and Allan - they were both fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and even took us to some bonus viewpoints that weren't on the original itinerary. It was such a treat to see the stunning scenery from these unexpected spots. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with Jump In Tours attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to providing a memorable experience. We loved every minute of our trip to Banff and would definitely book with them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: It was supposed to be a cruise for some of our family members, but got the covid scare so decided to postpone. Saw the Banff and Jasper flyer of Jump in Travel and Tours from my friend Espie and sent it out to my family chat. Priced right and activity packed itinerary sold us all in this trip. Phone calls were exchanged and correspondence happened between Maricel and I. Easy to talk to, hassle-free payment process. Right there and then felt the connection. Maybe because we share the same passion and totally speak the same travel language. The day of the trip.... Airport scene.....Maricel helping people in the group who needed help in checking in. Met Venus for the first time...( have met Maricel prior when she brought stuff that I ordered from PI and when she dropped off papers for the trip.) Maligne Lake Scenario I know that some people in the group were already tired from walking so, they suggested to go shopping instead of the Maligne Lake hike ( which was included in the itinerary ). Maricel took the mic and announced that she is sorry but she will honor what is in the itinerary ...she will honor what she promised! I said to myself 'I like this gurl', she has integrity and she has the balls to stick to what was promised! She got my respect......and that was the beginning of a good friendship. Venus and I clicked on my 2nd trip with Jump in Travel and Tours. Maricel asked me to go with Venus In one of the Tobermory trips. I noticed that she has a ready smile everytime people approach her. Very patient with everybody. Maybe God sending me a lesson on patience. We sat together and learned that we both speak the same Filipino dialects....Ilocano and Bisaya. We totally hit it off. Dorie, I met on my 3rd trip with them. This is the 7 day Canada's East Coast trip. Like Maricel and Venus she is equally nice...like they were peas in a pod. But Dorie....I find to be funny. I still have to sit with her and find out what our common denominator is. Our East Coast trip was a riot. Our entire bus became one big happy family. There were singing, dancing, games,jokes and open mic sharing,cooking their days catch when they went fishing. Everybody was nice and worked like a team. There were hiccups along the way but Venus, Dorie together with John ( our very efficient driver/ guide) handled it like nothing happened. I have only good words for the Jump in Travel and Tours Team. From the owners.... Maricel and Norjie Cadorna, to the Team leaders, Venus and Dorie( the ones that I know) the drivers John and Steve ( again the ones that I know). You guys are amazingly kind people. I am blessed and honored to have known all of you. So having said that ... for all your travel needs contact Jump in Travel and Tours because with them... you are not just clients....You are family!

This is the 1st time that I heard the tour owner/coordinator joined the tour. I like it a lot and it's a plus that you ladies are kind, helpful and very patient to some that needed more assistance than others.
