Negative experience: **Update - Received a call from the agent who booked our trip. When my husband indicated that he didn't agree with what she was saying (passing the buck to everyone else) she hung up on him. Stellar customer service and very rude. We have used this agency before and would never use them or recommend them if this is how they treat customers, not to mention repeat customers. Ran into issues while travelling. Our agent was on vacation and the agent that was supposed to assist in her absence couldn't be reached. That was 5 days ago. No follow ups and left everything to us to get refunds.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with an agent from Expedia Cruises Orangeville… they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my inquiries on an Alaskan cruise. I have been on mostly Caribbean cruises, since I like the heat and beaches… but I heard from a friend on how much they enjoyed their Alaskan cruise, so it made me curious. Even though I was just inquiring, they were truly awesome with giving me all the information I needed, that I ended up booking one with Celebrity for 2025.

Fantastic experience: Mary McCarroll was amazing with helping us plan our 7 day Alaskan Cruise on Ruby Princess on May 28th, 2024. She booked our flights to Vancouver as well as giving us information on taxis and Ubers. She took the time to answer our many questions, return our calls/emails. Gave us a suggested list of clothing, etc to pack, reminded us to take our binoculars but mostly her words of encouragement were to have fun and enjoy. She also did follow up email when we returned to ensure everything went according to plan. Thank you so much Mary. We’ll be definitely be seeing you again.

Fantastic experience: my girlfriends and i booked our trip to Cuba with Julie Buckingham. she helped us find the best resort within our small budget and it turned out to the trip of a life time. Julie was so helpful and kind, and i would definitely book a trip through her again.

Fantastic experience: Our cruise this year was booked by Rhonda Handley at Expedia Cruises Orangeville. She made sure everything was just perfect for us and keep us up to date with the ever changing COVID protocol’s at the time. Rhonda loves to travel and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her. Both Jane Vogel and Jayne Phillips are also amazing. After all the changes over the last few years I highly recommend using a travel agent for any travel you may want to book. They take care of everything for you!

A couple of them being a wedding and family cruise and every detail was looked after professionally , timely and with a huge smile.
