Fantastic experience: Have used North Durham Expedia for many years and dealt mainly with Rob but the whole staff are always helpful if Rob is busy. Their service is excellent, always willing to answer any questions. They call us if there are any changes, or other information that we need. We would highly recommend their service. Never have to worry, if anything was to be changed or go wrong, always great to know they are there to help and fix it. Dont have that backup when you book online yourself. Peace of mind is so important when travelling.
