Fantastic experience: I am so glad to have had the help of Jennifer Ocampo from Enchanted Vacations. I wanted to plan a trip with my extended family (3 families in total) and felt overwhelmed right from the start. Thats when I decided to seek help. I found Enchanted Vacations via google search/facebook and sure enough a good friend of mine suggested Jen. I was skeptical at first as I've planned our own disney+universal trips before but I'm thankful I reached out to Jen. Her services took a lot of the stress of planning away without any extra cost to me or my family. Jen is very thorough and organized. She's easy to reach when needed and has been helpful all throughout the booking process and even as we've left for the trip. We booked disneyworld + disney cruise trip for 13 people. The whole process was seamless right down to recommendations of which park to visit on which days and which rides to target in each park along with tips + tricks to getting VQ access to rides. She had it all planned with suggested time schedules and sent reminders of when activities opened up to be booked (gets competitive). Jen even offered to book us restaurants/activities as needed. I'm also thankful for Jen's help in getting a refund for our 1st night stay at disneyworld resort as we missed our flight due to westjet airplane mechanical issue and had to stay overnight in Calgary. That was a nightmare! Btw.. never do connecting flights.. it can really ruin a trip! Luckily Jen was on top of everything and helped us inform disney and transport which made it less stressful in an already chaotic morning at the airport. I highly recommend leaving your travel plans to Jen. She's very accommodating and the resources she gives you is invaluable. She'll definitely make sure to take care of you!

Fantastic experience: Tina was fantastic at organizing and booking our recent trip to Disneyland. She helped with booking flights and gave us the suggestion of flying into Santa Anna vs LA which is certainly the way to go. She helped book and reserve our days in the park and gave us lots of tips and tricks on how to navigate all the new attractions. She helped suggest food options, which were all delicious. The room she booked was close to the park and large enough for all five of us to stay in. Thank you Tina for creating a fantastic holiday.

Fantastic experience: Loved Bahamas. Joelle helped us a ton! I’d say our resort was fabulous. It’s small so if you’re looking for huge then definitely not the place. Food was great and people were amazing. Air Canada has let us down once again with over booking seats and changing aircrafts last min. I was lucky to check in at the airport early to get the last spot but there were many upset people that didn’t get on the aircraft

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from Mandi. The hotel lost our reservation, but I called Mandi immediately (8:30pm!). She picked up and was on top of it, to communicate that we did not cancel the reservation (as the hotel claimed) but that they canceled as proved by the "back end" in her system. Without Mandi's support, our vacation (also my daughters birthday) would have been way more challenging.

Fantastic experience: We have had the opportunity to work with Erica with Enchanted Vacations twice now for our Disneyland trips and she has been a tremendous help. First trip with 7 of us, she secured reservations, tickets etc and all ran so smooth. Then, with our trip of 14 people of varying ages, she hit all the marks and we had a perfect trip. Fantastic experience: We returned from a Disney vacation last week that we couldn’t make possible without the help of Joelle Brennan from Enchanted Vacations! She went above and beyond! She picked the perfect hotel with all the room amenities we could ever need for our family of 4, used tier pricing to get us the best deal on our park tickets, and even helped by alerting us on the flights available for our trip. She had all the knowledge to answer any questions we had, even created custom layouts for us to make things easy regarding the park and using the Genie plus. I couldn’t recommend her more for a Disney vacation and I will be utilizing her services for all my coming vacations!

I am not good with computers or travel or planes, and she was on the phone with me anytime I needed to get through anything during the whole trip. Made it so easy. She deserves a raise And a bump up to management in some way! Disneyland was great! And California Adventure was great as well! I wish I had more time. My only complaint was Disneyland hotel, Nothing special. Just Massively expensive. The pool was awesome though. Thanks Disney!!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Alma of Enchanted Vacations to help us plan our Disneyland trip, and it was just SO fantastic to have her in our back pocket. When we arrived at our hotel, there were some minor issues (to no fault of her own.. the hotels reservation systems were down) but I was able to get a hold of her immediately. She handled it and reassured us that all was well. She was so lovely to work with and extremely detailed and punctual, with tons of information and recommendations. Fantastic experience: They don't just do Disney Vacations. We contacted them because they had a location near us. We started to look at one location, but the government said it was dangerous to go in that area, so we switched to a Mediterranean cruise instead. We decided on the eastern side. After the cruise we went to Malta, then back to Rome. Mandi Albanese did a lot of work for us. Booking and helping to book everything we needed. We are vegan and she was able to find a cruise and flight that had vegan meals. We were to disembark the cruise in Israel. We had everything paid for and then war broke out. We canceled the hotel in Tel Aviv and waited for the cruise line to change the itinerary. When they did, Mandi got our flights changed to reflect the new arrangements. She was Great! We got all the dining we wanted, and she nailed our Universal Studios Hotel and Park Package. She was very knowledgeable about the different theme parks and shared tips and tricks to ensure we got the most out of our experience. We spent 10 days at Disney World and Universal Studios and would highly recommend using Nikki. Our family had a wonderful time.

Fantastic experience: I have used EV a couple of times now. One for a Disneyworld trip and beyond, another for a Chicago trip. Both times the communication has been very clear. Jackie helped develop my vision on what I wanted the trips to look like and gave me options on how best to see it through. As trip time drew nearer, she had a very clear itinerary for us that included all of our activities, where we were staying, best possible travel arrangements while in vacation mode and all codes and reservations needed were all together. The whole process was very easy. I highly recommend using EV for any of your vacation needs. Jackie has a wealth of knowledge about Disney, but also is well travelled in other areas too.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Kerry with Enchanted Vacations! I haven’t used a travel agent in a long time as I usually find decent deals myself but this trip was different, it was our honeymoon and I wanted to make sure it was special. Kerry listened to my ideas and found a wonderful deal with all the perks to St Lucia!! We stayed in the Diamond Club and we had 2 butlers- say what?? Haha they were wonderful and added such a special flavour to our trip. They booked all our dinner reservations made changes when needed and spoiled us throughout our trip. Never in my life would I have thought we could do a trip like this but Kerry’s expertise and experience made it happen! We will definitely use Kerry again. Also, St Lucia- is a DREAM. (Also affordable!)

She took the 101 ideas I had about the trip and turned them into a reality. Codi is truly a Disney Land expert. The information package we received about both parks, tips, tricks, places to eat places to shop was more detailed than any other information package I had ever received. she not only checked in leading up to the trip but during and once we had arrived home. Luckily we came across one Alma's Disneyland videos on YouTube. She explained things so simply we reached out to Enchanted Vacations that same night. We are so glad we did because they broke down everything into easily consumable pieces of information while taking care of all the heavy lifting including making all our dining reservations, park & hotel reservations, and providing day-by-day itineraries for the parks. The itineraries included a suggested order to ride the attractions and were a life saver that 1st day when we literally had no idea what we were doing. We followed the itinerary provided top to bottom and it was perfect. It even included which rides to use Geni+ on and when. I can't suggest to you enough to use their service. It costs you nothing and you will be amazed by the personal service you receive. Erica was very professional throughout our entire experience, from the initial consultation to the end of our trip. She has extensive knowledge of both the Disney parks and other international destinations, and she really took the time to understand our preferences and needs to tailor our itinerary. From booking hotels and restaurants to securing Genie+ and other experiences, Erica was an expert at every step. She was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, and her communication was prompt and thorough. What I appreciated most about Erica was her genuine care for our satisfaction. She went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, and she was always looking for ways to enhance our experience. Her passion for Disney travel was evident, and it really added to the excitement leading up to our trip. Overall, I cannot recommend Erica highly enough. If you're planning a vacation (Disney or otherwise), you won't find a more knowledgeable, attentive, and caring travel agent than Erica. She truly cared about our satisfaction, and we had an incredible time thanks to her expertise and guidance.

Fantastic experience: Honestly in the past I always assumed using a travel agent would cost me more & being the frugal mom I am, I never really looked into it. Turns out it didn't cost me any extra money to use Erica. She was very helpful from booking hotel, Disney tickets, Universal tickets, but also providing us with lots of useful information from "what to pack", to things to do inside & OUTSIDE the park. She was very fast to respond to us. We even had a bit of a hiccup when we arrived & had to look at switching hotels after the first night. Unfortunately for us, Erica was on a family holiday. Luckily she had left contact information for 2 other girls she works with. We managed to connect with them via email & they helped us find a new hotel within the day. I highly, highly recommend using Erica or anyone with Enchanted Vacations!

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Erica back in August after talking about wanting to take my daughter to Disneyland for her birthday in March. From the very first email all the wah through to the welcome home email Erica has been fantastic each and every step of the way. She made some of the best suggestions and answered any and all questions I had setting my mind at ease. It was like having a friend plan the trip for us. Positive experience: This was my husbands first visit and it’s been 20 years for me. A lot has changed but a lot brought back some great memories. The weather was not our friend and it rained 2/3 days but we made the best of our time there.

She was able to help us book our first stay on property, gave us tips on enjoying the new additions at both parks, and helped us save money on transportation to and from the airport. Fantastic experience: We dealt with Erica. We went to Disneyland and Universal Studios. She is absolutely awesome. There was 10 in our party (6adults 4 children) we did a 4 day hopper pass with Genie+.Was definitely worth the money. Helped so much with the wait times. The day we arrived we dropped our bags and hit Disney California Park and managed to get on 5 rides. Figured out Genie + so we were all set for the next few days in Disneyland. Erica also arranged all our transportation from pickup at airport to hotel/from hotel to Universal Studios for the day and return/drop-off back at airport. She also recommended apps to set up to have groceries delivered to hotel so we could have breakfast and snacks when we came back from Park for a break. Erica also made reservations for dinner for 2 nights at Downtown Disney restaurants that we wanted. She is efficient, super easy to deal with, very prompt with answers to any and all questions. Erica definitely is Disney knowledgeable and beyond. If you are planning a Disney Vacation please use Enchanted Vacations and Erica if she is the representative for your area.

Jenn set us up for success, giving us so much information about what to expect, tips and tricks and where to find specific things for our first visit there with kids. In addition to booking our accommodations and tickets, she even got us the best price on a ride from the airport to our hotel (more than $50 cheaper than what I could find with all my research).
