Negative experience: Called this guy to inquire. Very rude. Cut me off, and said “my friend we don’t want to do” There google reviews are fake, and they are completely useless. This company steals credit card info and only apparently works on tickets to India. Useless, as their perfect rating on Google. Yes this is a real person who had a very real bad experience. Just call them yourself the heavy accent indicates the level of incompetence this place offers. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Jose is a wonderful human being who you can totally depend on. My family was in an emergency situation due to a sudden demise in the family. We were not even in a state to think clearly, planning travel arrangements were out of the question. We just called Jose, and he asked us to breathe, slow down and instructed us calmly, putting us on an international flight in less than 6 hours along with rapid test results.
