Negative experience: An inexpensive day trip, the old car had a loose luggage rack, making noise all the way. The pumpkin farm visit was not booked, and the owner came out to chase people away. How could this happen?

Fantastic experience: Today we visited the Wahewa Salmon and Harrison Hot Springs tour, thanks to our guide and driver Eric for the thorough tour along the way!

Negative experience: The trip from Vancouver to Kamloops and the Adam River salmon run, plus two days in Kelowna from October 13 to 14 can only be described as terrible. 1. The tour guide had ulterior motives regarding the itinerary, spending only twenty minutes at the attractions while the shopping stops were endless; they boasted about getting tourists to eat group meals, but it ended up being ten people eating a meal meant for eight, and the food was poor, including one meal that was just a bowl of undercooked rice; the tour guide provided no introduction to the cities we passed through, making tourists feel like they were just on a bus for two days, and at the end, the tour guide insisted that we must leave a good review. 2. The condition of the vehicle was extremely poor, it shook violently and was scary.

Fantastic experience: We did the one-day Seattle tour with CTour Holidays. Had a great time! Our tour guide and driver Lewis is the best. Not only he is experienced and knowledgeable, he is a great singer too. On the way to Seattle he sang Sunshine on My Shoulders (by John Denver) for us - a pleasant surprise, and such a perfect match for a beautiful summer day.

Fantastic experience: Today, on July 5th, I participated in a day tour of Victoria and Bonsai Garden led by tour guide Grey Card. The itinerary went very smoothly, and the guide was very attentive and clear in his explanations.
