Fantastic experience: Nicole helped us plan a trip to Norway, including Norway in a Nutshell and a fantastic Hurtigruten Cruise to the Artic. She also included time to visit Oslo, and Bergen leaving buffer days for any possible airline delays. Her recommendation of accommodations minimized walking as my husband has mobility issues. Airport arrangements for him eased the long transfers in airports and railway stations. Without Nicole's expertise and guidance our trip would not have been such a fantastic success. Fantastic experience: Odyssey of the Seas is an amazing ship! We had an incredible time! The service was outstanding, and having dietary restrictions was no problem as the staff strived to cater to my needs by arranging for me to pre-order my meals for the following day to allow them time to modify the food to be gluten and lactose free. Joe, our cruise concierge, got us a great deal, a fantastic room, and arranged for transportation and excursions. He was also ready to assist us while on the cruise if we needed him. Thank you, Joe!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of going on my very first cruise with royal caribbean on August 26, 2023. I didn't know where to start and felt overwhelmed. I called different expedia offices and I had the pleasure of stumbling accross Helen Robertson. She was very awesome, easy going and hands off (which is what I love as I like to plan/control certain aspects of planning myself lol). She never made me feel bad if I ever called her frequently to price match with royal caribbean. She takes directions very well, responds very quickly (weekends included) and never pressures you to book with her. She did a very fantastic job at finding me affordable ocean view balcony and interior rooms. The experience was awesome, and I'd highly recommend everyone take a cruise. Fantastic experience: For me, The Rotterdam cruise ship is perfect in every way. It is the right size (relatively small) beautifully appointed and with top notch food and accommodation. Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a vacation organized for us by Expedia agent, Joe Dias. Joe did not just comply with our wishes; he went out of his way to insure that our vacation was perfect in every way. However, "the best laid plans ----" can go awry, and one of the secondary companies that Joe employed to assist with the Paris portion of our trip let us all (my travel companion, myself, and Joe) down. Joe put pressure on them until they gave us a timely refund for the excursions missed, but didn't stop at that. He told them that any company would give a refund, and that they should put a smile on our faces by doing more than that. We are still waiting to see how that turns out. If you are in Toronto and want a travel agent who goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Joe Dias!

Fantastic experience: I needed help with a very complicated trip and had a lot of special requests. I haven't traveled much since Covid and was a bit rusty. I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism AND patience. Amazing service --- and it didn't cost me anything for all their expertise as their were no additional service charges. Also, they were able to book much more than just the cruise for me. I booked pre cruise and post cruise hotels and activities through them to get a complete package from one source

Negative experience: I booked with Expedia and the travelling agent did not provide me my itinerary number cause me to miss out on 2 of the 7 days on my vacation. Upon booking an alternative flight we had to go through a lot of issues, and when we finally got to our destination we spent hours confirming with the resort our booking as they said they had almost cancelled it due to the delay of the two days we were initially suppose to arrive. Overall I would book by myself, I called in to escalate the issue and they give you the run around so that you cannot get on contact with a supervisor or manager. I was told by 2 agents to wait 72 hours for someone to call and both times they didn’t. The last time I called they refused to let me speak to anyone to escalate my problems and told me the reason behind it was because it was against their policy. Very poor experience and I would never recommend!

Unlike past agents I utilized, Caroline was not interested in just selling a cruise package. I looked to my local Leaside FB group to see who everyone was suggesting to work with and Gillian’s name came up over and over again. I reached out and she was incredibly thorough and lovely to work with. Having said all that we did encounter a fairly big hiccup while my daughter was en route. It is not necessary to get into the details but suffice it to say Gillian worked with me to handle the situation like most would not have. She and I spent hours into the night getting my daughter an unexpected new flight and emergency hotels. Gillian made sure her safety and comfort was at the forefront while we navigated through this tricky situation. Gillian handled things with such care, it was as if she were her own daughter and she kept in contact with me every step of the way. He is very kind, patient, and definetly went above and beyond. I loved this trip and the overall experience dealing with Joe. Fantastic experience: Just prior to the onset of Covid we booked a trip with Cali to travel to Israel and Ireland before returning to Canada. Our trip required bookings using 3 different airlines. Due to Covid our trip had to be cancelled and we were faced with the complicated task of obtaining refunds from all 3 airlines. We reached to Cali for help and she was truly amazing, working tirelessly to obtain our refunds. To say Cali went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement and we are truly grateful for all her efforts.

Fantastic experience: Ok - I will admit this is my sister.... but I am so impressed with her knowledge on vacation destinations. I have my own travel agent for business but I always use Gillian for my personal trips - and together we have booked cars, hotels, vacations. She booked an amazing South African safari that was completely personalized to my requests (and without the huge price tag I was expecting). I am still waiting to book a cruise post-covid - but when I do, I will call Gillian for sure. And I love that the office all works cooperatively, so her colleague was available to help me once when Gillian was away.
