Fantastic experience: Dean was a great agent. He planned all of my excursions to Iceland and every excursion was great and went without a hitch. All the details were all set before I left, so I travelled stress free and all the details for each excursion were easy to follow on the App he set up for me and contained all the necessary info on one easy to use App. The trip went great and all the excursions that Dean recommended and booked for me were a perfect way to see and experience the best of Iceland. Fantastic experience: I loved the detailed planning experience with Dean. He took care of providing a diverse selection of hotels, activities, and restaurants. Likewise, he took care of booking all these after we had made a selection. Our vacation was care-free and liberating... I had never enjoyed such stress-less planning that lead to fully relaxing and pleasurable vacation/adventure in the islands of Hawaii.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Dean when we started planning our trip to French Polynesia and wanted to include a cruise on the Paul Gauguin. Dean asked all the right questions so we got the trip of our dreams! He found out what we were interested in doing besides the cruise and sent us choices that were exactly what we were looking to do. He recommended a 3 day stay at Le Taha’a before the cruise in an overwater bungalow and WOW, it hit all the marks on our bucket list trip! The excursions he suggested were wonderful. He arranged a private “Marina dinner” on the Paul Gauguin ship and this is a dinner we will remember for years to come. We enjoyed this trip so much that we started arranging our next bucket list trip with Dean as soon as we got back from this trip!

Fantastic experience: Dean is great! I didn’t have to lift a finger for a single thing. I told him what I wanted and he remarkably met and exceeded my plans. Everything was carefully planned for and confirmed. I even had a big hiccup in my plans to travel and he met the obstacle head on, referring me to other options that accommodated the changes required. As a veteran with disabilities I greatly appreciated the care and concern he took with me and will use his services in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Dean to plan a ten-day, bespoke trip to Patagonia - Chile and Argentina - ending with a wedding weekend in Mendoza, Argentina. Dean planned a great itinerary, packed (at my request) with three must-see sites in Patagonia. We were offered choices of great accommodations and great excursions in each place. At every airport we were greeted by a guide and driver who took great care of us. Dean listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. He was very responsive during the planning process and even more so during the trip with any issue (like making a schedule change at our request). Thank you, Dean, for a great trip, made easy.

Fantastic experience: The trip planned for my friends and me to Thailand by Dean Nelson was fantastic. I usually plan and book all of my travel myself. This time I decided to leave it to a professional and I was not disappointed. Dean spent so much time and effort to make sure that everything that we discussed during planning was taken care of. All of our "must dos" were planned to perfection. From the time we landed in Bangkok until the time we departed for home, the entire experience was perfectly orchestrated by Dean and his team from A&K. Our itinerary was followed to the T without so much as a hiccup. Ok, there were hiccups but the folks at A&K took everything into their hands and made it right. This was quite the adventure. I will use Dean and his expertise again.

Fantastic experience: Travel curator Dean Nelson provided a wonderful solution for our party's stay in southern Normandy: a stay in a renovated château with five rooms and delightful hosts who spoke English and met our every need. The location was perfect for day excursions to the coast or for a stroll in the small town, Bagnoles de l'Orne, where we enjoyed the local restaurants and a spa. Highly recommended. Dean provides itinerary suggestions and your reservation information in an elegant web page you can refer to while you are travelling.

Fantastic experience: Dean was referred to us through another company to help us plan a personalized tour of Europe. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through planning a great two week trip hitting all the highlights along the way. He had a lot of great suggestions for places to eat, tours, and hotels to stay at which made the trip so worthwhile and fun.
