Cozy Point Retreat

Fantastic experience: Cozy Point Retreat is an amazing little gem of a place. The hosts have put so much thought into every part of the home, the extra little touches and extra private location make this some much more unique to most of the other dome vacation homes! We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: Simply wonderful! Lovely setting situated on a quiet lake. Very well appointed. Peace and tranquility! We had an eagle land in a tree top nearby while we sat on the deck taking in the beautiful setting.

Fantastic experience: Only one night was not enough! The geodome is more like a spa/retreat. accommodations are exquisite! It is amazingly well appointed. The outdoor kitchen is super cool and we took full advantage of the pizza oven! The bottle of local wine on ice at arrival was a really nice touch. Who knew a geo dome could be so luxurious? Fabulous!

Fantastic experience: A 5 star Dome experience coupled with beautiful scenery on lakefront property. Very detailed, tidy, upscale accommodation. 2 King beds so perfect for 4 people with all the amenities you would need. We will be back!

Fantastic experience: This place was so amazing! It was clean, cozy, not to mention it was a literal dome. The dock was beautiful. And the hot tub was great.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, private location. The hosts thought of literally everything when they stocked this Glome. If you’ve thought about bringing it along, it’s already there. It’s evident Sandra and Guy put their heart and soul into ensuring you’ll want for nothing. There was no shortage of outdoor activities, from hot-tubbing, to kayaking, paddle-boarding as well as options for a propane or wood fire. I’d recommend this little slice of paradise to anyone.

Fantastic experience: It was an absolutely gorgeous private location! We’ve been to other Geodomes in the past and this was by far is our favourite. With your own private Lake entrance, lots of out door amenities, numerous options of things to do in the surrounding area, and a beautiful interior, we can’t help but highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a cozy Nova Scotia experience!

Fantastic experience: This place is certainly a gem surrounded by nature so enjoyed the birds. I can’t say enough about the host very attentive and helpful the Dome itself was maculant nothing missing. Weather your looking for R&R or explore on the lake by kayak,canoe or paddle boat this place is certainly not to be missed.

Fantastic experience: What should I say! Amazing place to relax and recharge your life.the view is stunning. Guy and Sandra provide all you need without even ask. The hosts have truly outdone themselves, Every aspect of the property is meticulously maintained, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. It's evident that every detail has been carefully considered to ensure absolute comfort and relaxation for their guests. The clear instructions for guests leave absolutely no guess work. Never operated a pizza oven, a star machine, an outdoor shower or a hot tub? No worries - you'll have no trouble figuring out how things work around the property. Do yourself a solid, and don't hesitate to book this spectacular space for your next romantic getaway

Fantastic experience: This place everything you could possibly want for a great weekend!!! I took my sons there for a weekend and they had a blast. The small mouth bass and pickerel fishing was hands down the best fishing we’ve ever had and the canoe and kayaks were just another bonus to get around the lake. The hosts were unbelievable and the cleaniness was second to none! Well worth the money and will definitely be back really didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic experience: All I have to say is WOW!! Exceeded our expectations! We stayed for two nights and I am so happy we picked this location, this was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The lake was so beautiful and calm, we took the kayaks around the island in the lake and we even seen an eagle sitting in the trees which was so cool! We also loved the hot tub and rainfall shower, l've never seen anything like it before. The fire pit and fire table were great for cozying up after dark, and roasting marshmallows around the fire is something everyone enjoys. The dome itself was cozy, I totally get the name now, and had everything we needed, the galaxy light was a nice touch and was cool to see lit up at night. We also used the BBQ, flat top grill, AND the pizza oven, they all worked great and the pizza oven was fun to learn how to use it and make homemade pizza. On top of all of the amenities, the location was perfect too, it felt secluded and peaceful, but was still close enough to the local stores and attractions so we could grab anything we needed and explore the area. Overall, we had an amazing time at Cozy Point Retreat and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. We can't wait to book again soon! Also thank you to Guy and Sandra for being wonderful hosts and making sure we had everything we needed!
