Fantastic experience: I booked my Disney trip for end of March 2020... which of course ended up being cancelled. But my super travel agent, I worked with Caroline, re-booked the trip 4 times before we were finally able to go, and she never once complained! She made sure to call me as soon as deals were out to explain what the options were, how we could benefit from them, she was able to personally recommend a hotel (she's visited or stayed in them all!) and even took the time to explain the various rides and how to get the most bang for our bucks at Disney! She was truly wonderful and I was so glad for all her help, it made the whole trip so much easier. Highly, highly recommend!
