Fantastic experience: Lisa Buckle was amazing to deal with. She made everything super easy and looked after everything start to finish. She had some great advice and suggestions for things to do! I also ended having to make a change in the week I was going away and looked after all the changes. Highly recommend!!! Literally all that's left is to pack my bags!!

Negative experience: Did not have a great experience with Along the Coast travel agency. Kept 1/2 of my $300 deposit when I changed my mind to work with a Ship2Shore travel agent. Very pushy with getting deposits even when the quote was valid for 30 days. Could not get the cancellation insurance with Sunwing as only 10 couples in a group are eligible for it.
Fantastic experience: Lisa Buckle was an amazing travel agent. From start to finish she was available online or by phone. She gave me reminders at every step. She organized all my travel needs i.e. cancellation insurance and medical insurance. She wished me bon voyage and touched base when I returned. She was a consummate professional and I highly recommend her!
