I have food issues and dinner reservations were made for me in advance by Alexandrou which really made it special. We will use them again and again. Fantastic experience: Just came back from Greece, a 2-week vacation for a 3-generation family. Impeccable logistics between hotels, flights, ferries, activities and restaurants... simply no issues throughout the 2 weeks. All key trip info easily accessible through their app. What's even more impressive was the quality of the advices on which hotels, activities and restaurants to attend and which ones to skip, as if they had tested them all. The quality of the venues was remarkable... breathtaking moments everyday. And the responsiveness of the team both in the preparation phase of and during the vacation is of the level of a 5-star Cheval Blanc hotel. Simply amazing!

Fantastic experience: We had our first trip planned by George to Croatia and it was so incredibly easy after years of trying to google where to go and plan trips ourselves definitely not going back to that! Fantastic experience: George recently booked us a trip to Italy. The choice of hotels were excellent, the tours and tour guides fantastic, and our friendly and knowledgeable professional driver Enzo quickly became a fast friend. George also provided us with a local associate's number on the ground in Italy. This proved to be invaluable since we had to make scheduling changes a few times. The local rep always got back to us *right away* (tnx Priscilla!) Fantastic experience: George and the team at Alexandrou Travel Design are amazing. We have just returned from our second travel experience within the last 6 months and twice they have over delivered on expectation. My wife and I took a fabulous adventure this summer to Greece and our family traveled beautiful Columbia this holiday season. Both trip we took we want some R&R mixes with great cultural experience and delicious food. George and his team tailor made our trip by understanding our needs and desires as well as our culinary restriction likes and dislikes. Every reservation and detail were covered giving peace of mind and relaxation to enjoy the voyage. We are very looking forward to our next stop currently being planned for Safari this summer. Fantastic experience: George and his team, both at home and in Italy, did a truly amazing job to make our anniversary celebration a memorable one. They are so efficient and thorough. They think of every detail possible to ensure an enjoyable time and their communication is commendable. We loved every tour that the team planned. There was not a one that we would have changed. Our guides were so knowledgeable and learned. Our drivers were engaging and reliable - something that we really appreciate and value. There was a really good balance between tours and free time and our tour guides recommended wonderful things for us to do during that free time as well. The hotels that were selected were in the perfect place for what we needed at the time. We began our trip needing some real downtime so our first hotel was perfectly selected in a smaller sailing community near Trieste (Resort & Spa Falisia - Portopiccolo). It was picture perfect albeit a little remote. The next hotel was in a busier location in Verona (Hotel Vista Palazzo) which was perfect and right in the middle of everything we were doing, followed by another breathtaking hotel (Grand Hotel Tremezzo) in a quieter location on Lake Como and finally ending with a perfect hotel choice in Milan (Park Hyatt) to end our vacation and celebration. George and his team pride themselves at being in tune with their clients requests, needs and values and we can now see why. Of particular note and mention is a last minute change that was made at a time that we were supposed to be on a boat tour on Lake Como but mother nature was not cooperating so they arranged to move our tour to the next day when the weather was supposed to be better. This was completely unexpected but very much appreciated as it was one of our more anticipated tours. Our guide Josie and boat driver Maurizio made the day so much fun. Irene and the Italian team ensured that we were aware of the change (through Whatsapp) and the itinerary was quickly adjusted with all details to ensure we understood what was going to happen moving forward. Lastly, it was quite a nice touch that every hotel and of course George and his team always made sure to recognize this anniversary in a special way (a beautiful handwritten note, champagne, prosecco, chocolates, baked goods, etc.) no matter where we went. Some guides and drivers to make mention of although all were amazing (Danica, Christina, Monica, Francesca, Josie, Corrado and David, Willie, Roberto, Enrico and Maurizio). Also, the staff at the Resort & Spa Falisia and the Park Hyatt were exceptional in keeping in constant communication regarding expectations and needs. They checked in every day to ensure we were having a great time. By the way, the AXUS app is fantastic and so detailed. Make certain to download it. We never worried about forgetting where we were going and what was planned for that day as all the information was laid out is such a complete fashion. To George and his wonderful team, Thank you from the bottom of hearts for planning such a memorable vacation.

Fantastic experience: There is a difference between vacation and travel. Next step up is travel designed by George. We have been ATD’s customers for over 10 years. Every trip we have done with George was headache free and spectacular. All arrangements were done to finest details so we never had to worry about anything. Over the years we had some self created issues (missing a flight etc. ). George came through for us and took care of everything in record time. No matter what time zone we were in, ATD always came through for us. We don’t question George’s recommendations, by now he knows our travel habits and expectations and designs our trips with that in mind. ATD takes it to another level with dining reservations in places that are hard to get into. They arranged for us to get into sport and other events. It all comes as part of the service.
