Fantastic experience: We have been working with Manon Guilbault's team for our trips since 2009 (all-inclusive, Hawaii Islands (2019), American West Coast, etc.). She is always attentive to our requests and needs to suggest the trip that corresponds to what we want. Our last trip to the Hawaiian Islands was no exception; everything was perfect. We were on the island of Maui on the evening of August 8, when the entire island was shaken and the city of Lahaina was almost completely destroyed. We quickly contacted Manon on August 9, because although we were not in Lahaina, our condo was in the North Kihei area, which was also impacted by the fires, albeit to a lesser extent. We had a lot of worries. She promptly provided us with essential information (insurance, police and embassy numbers, etc.). Then, with the guidance of the Hawaiian authorities and the limited resources that had to be prioritized for residents, we asked Manon to move our return flight forward. In less than 3 hours, Manon and her team had everything arranged for our family's return from Maui to Vancouver and then from Vancouver to Montreal. What a relief at that moment. Currently, we feel a lot of pain for the people of Maui, especially those from Lahaina who have lost family members. On the day of our departure, I met someone who was staying in Lahaina and had not been able to return yet; there was such resilience and a confidence that people were going to recover from this ordeal.... I want to mention the speed of action of Manon and her team in the face of this situation. Despite the stress experienced there, we felt very well supported. Bien sur que j'étais aux anges a l'annonces de la merveilleuse nouvelle , mais il va s'en dire qu'une petite partie de moi même avais une certaine crainte d'être déçu dans la planification vu le fait qu'il s'agissais d'un voyage gagné au hazard.
