Negative experience: Use any other place than here. Planned a wedding and used Darcy, it was not a good experience. She never returned the calls of half the people who were booking, forcing them to book thru other sites and travel agents, dodged my calls for over a month because she didn't wanna admit she did wrong. Manager didn't take accountability either. Showed pictures of rooms that didn't exist, so upon arrival was very disappointed with room we were given.

I needed a hotel booked last minute while I was in Scotland. Debbie managed to arrange it without a hitch. I was so thankful for her constant help, so grateful to have found her. Fantastic experience: This was our first time using a travel agent, and it was definitely a big stress reliever. It saved a lot of the frustration leading up to our trip in comparing hotels, flights, dates etc. Also during our trip there were some flight delays resulting in missed connections, Trina Brown was able to help by providing us options to make sure we still got to our destination and also get us compensation from the airline for the missed connection. I would highly recommend Trina to anyone looking to book their next travel.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with these folks. They quoted one price and when it came time to pay they increased the fee. Moreover, they were unwilling to find or help with our preferred airplane seating. They said we could do it ourselves and that it would take a couple of hours waiting on line to do. Thankfully, we found another company that honoured their price, booked our seats, and saved us a couple of hundred dollars.

Fantastic experience: Things go seamlessly. Our questions are answered quickly. Brenda acts as our advocate if needed. She took care of one cruise for three years due to the pandemic. She searches out trips that meet our needs.

Fantastic experience: I took my granddaughters on a trip to Mexico and Expedia cruises arranged everything for us flights, hotels, excursions and transfers. We did not have to worry about anything. Negative experience: We wanted to buy a Mexico travel package and they had no idea what the're doing. Collected a lot of personal information before searching any ticket and they looked super unconfident. Very unprofessional and waste of time.
